Angelo's Tavern — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I went in there last night for a drink with old friends. Everything seemed alright at first, my drink was good and I played a round of pool. I went to sit at the bar where some familiar faces were sitting.

The man next to me accidentally knocked over a glass tip jar and the owner yelled at him and me both to get out. I was so confused why I was being yelled at to leave, but i did. I went next door to wait on my ride but he was still inside of angelos. I didn’t mean to disrespect the owner by going back, I had no other way of getting home. She yelled at me to get the F out multiple times running towards me where my ride met me outside.

This was not my first altercation with the owner, years ago a situation occurred that I had hoped been forgiven due to years time and that I no longer live in this city and rarely am in town.

To end this review I will say I think this is a great bar. I love how there is pool, and a Dj for entertainment. But I do not agree with the way I was treated. i dont think anyone should be treated the way I was last night.

I wish the owner and her business the best, I will save her any frustration and anger she has towards me & go elsewhere next time...

Good place to go for a drink and some live music. Three of the bartenders are awesome. The two gals are angels, the other guy is a pro. Troy however is overbearing, pushy, rude and judgemental. Most of the times I had encountered him there he was curt and dismissive and finally refused to serve me because of the person I was talking to. We went here on a Saturday Evening, the weekend before halloween. They had there halloween costume contest that night. Got there around 9pm or so & sat at the bar. They had a live band playing cover tunes from the 80s & they really Kicked Azz! The 2 ladies bartending did an outstanding job keeping everyone filled up with drinks.
