Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Bartlesville

Ordered three burgers, the total came to a little over $30. We waited over five minutes at the window to get our food. There were FIVE people standing by the drive through window, there wasn’t any working going on, just a lot of standing around so our wait wasn’t because of a staff shortage. Once we got our food, we asked for extra fry sauce and were told that “they don’t give out extra fry sauce”. I said we just paid over $30 for three meals and waited longer than we should have for our meals so I want extra fry sauce. The lady at the window said they were about to run out, I said well you can give me more sauce for the inconvenience and then tell the next customer you’re out of fry sauce. She still said she wasn’t giving us any, we even asked if it came out of her paycheck. She didn’t care to do her job, neither did the other people just standing around. The whole hoarding condiments when a person is literally buying a meal is absolutely ridiculous and it will result in us not returning to this location. Prices are a little high for a steakburger that they call it, the kids wanted to go there. The burgers should be called sloppy burgers, they all got ice-cream so in place of that I thought I would get a fish sandwich. I thought the price would be 3 to 4 dollars, but it was 6 dollars before tax, the I started calling in the Weinsteen sandwich, I said well make it combo for 2 more dollars so I get a few more fries and, then they asked me if I wanted the other cup, I yes I bought it. Anyway I was not the most pleased, and I have not been there in a long time. It will be longer now or not at all. I've always had a great experience at this Freddie's location. Freddie's is a burgers and fries kind of place and also has a great ice cream selection. Burgers are delicious and they have some great sandwiches on the menu. They also have rest hotdogs. Judging by the rest of these reviews I'd say this place suffers from the usual bad employee now and again. No reason to judge a place so harshly based on one screw up. Overall, this place is great if your looking for a quick bite to eat or in the mood for a burger and fries. Service has always been quick and friendly.
