Been going here since they opened. At first their tea and coffee was delicious. We've spent 100s of dollars a month on their coffee, tea, bags of ice, and their gallons. Now everything tastes watered down, or a weird after taste. The workers are completely rude as well. I always go through drive thru, and never really had a problem until recently. Orders were being messed up to the point we can't even drink them even though we did mobile orders. Coffee is all milk or cut too much with creamer to the point it doesn't taste like coffee anymore. Over charging for something that clearly states a specific price on the app and when I asked for clarification so I'm not complaining about something wrong. I get told well that's just how it is in a very snappy manner, and have the "manager on duty?" shut the window in my face while I am still talking. Selling half full 10lb bags of ice, and when asking why it's half weight for a price of 10lb, don't get a correction on it. Unfortunate.. We won't spend another dime here. As typical of every big store name that comes to Bartlesville. Start out great, then once you get established - be okay with your business turning sub par but not caring because hey . . You make your money right?...
Read moreWhen HTeaO first opened and for their first year, they were awesome. I would go there and buy a gallon, or a half-gallon, or a huge tea five to six times a week. However, sometime after that first year they started serving (roughly 90% of the time), old spoiled tea or tea that spoiled super quick. I don't mind the cost of tea if I can drink it, but spoiled tea can only be poured down the drain. I have called them numerous times to inform them of this issue over a period of several months. From what I was told, the issue is that they keep huge containers of many versions of tea in the fridge and use those throughout the day. Not all teas are ordered often and end up being old. I've suggested to employees answering the phones that they dump all tea after a few hours and start fresh. Obviously, this is NOT the method they chose to use. I won't waste anymore money buying spoiled tea, and no longer do business here. This post serves as a way to have a record of this issue that has gone on too long and seemingly only gets worse. Read moreI’ve been going there almost everyday for the summer and fall months and but between 2-5 drinks at a time! Almost every third time the order is wrong and we have to drive back to get a replacement order which was the case today; however they barely wanted replace our order and said that they’ve had to make us too many replacements! I responded with; it’s not my fault that your employees keep making blatant mistakes and I have to drive back to get my drink corrected; I order the same drink every single time and never deviate. They said since they keep making mistakes that I shouldn’t come back; I asked the girl if I could record her saying that so I could show her employer and she then said to just leave because she knew she was in the wrong! Ill never go back to HTeaO ever again unless corporate writes me and remedies...
