TJ's (Eastside) — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I come here pretty often and I never had an issue except today. I called and made a pickup order. Over the phonecall I told Caitlyn that I wanted a number 2 (this was before she advised me that there menu has changed) and I wanted a cheeseburger A LARGE FRY AND A LARGE DR.PEPPER. we show up too pickup my order and she gives me my drink and it's a medium which is way too small for me considering I'm a big guy and id literally drink it in 5 swigs. I told her it was supposed too be a large and she said "well he ordered a medium" when I didn't. And instead of fixing my drink AND MY FRY that I didn't know was a medium until I left she chose to keep my drink a medium and not make it what I asked. Of course I'd have no problem paying extra because....I asked for a large! And she didn't want too fix it and give me what I ordered so instead my dinner was screwed up because of someone not wanting to do what they're supposed to do? I guess I'm going to have too lay off lottaburger for a little bit because this whole ordeal sure has railroaded me! Can you guys maybe tell her that when this happens next time, don't claim the customer "ordered a medium" because I told her a large and a medium literally wouldn't be enough for a 5th grader. Please take care of this I visit y'all way too much for this kinda...

my drink wasn't half full in one small drink it was gone. my husband got a vanilla milk shake that tasted only of milk and liquidly. the fries were almost nonexistent. my sons kids meal toy is supposed to be a key chain without a chain. plus he is two and its so small I cant even give it to him because it is a choke hazard. The lady was slow. I was nothing but nice. we had to wait so long I almost drove away for her to initially get to the drive through door in the first place. In all I will not be going back. I paid over 30 dollars for a meal to not even get what is the equivalent of a small thing of fries. Plus receive part of a toy that could potentially...

#1Burger is always good, as are the fries. This time there wasn't much ice, and my tea melted it right away. Dirty tables and the napkin holder was dirty and a piece of lettuce was on it. There were a couple workers, who could have been wiping off tables, but they stood there. I will be back, but today wasn't as I would have hoped. Also, you cant keep flies out , but I did battle one. I hate to be a complainer.
