The door dash orders are never correct. None the less, I love Wendy's. However, after the other night, I'll never be back there again. I came through the drive thru with my order selected and ready so their drive time wouldn't run up. I said I wanted the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich combo and the person bluntly said, "okay, anything else?" Confused, I said yes? I'd like my mango pineapple lemonade large and large fries and the sandwich crispy and spicy. She proceeded to get that wrong and say it was my fault. I ordered several other items, which seemed like a huge problem. I was greeted at the window also very bluntly, didn't get the correct change back, and I had the window rolled up for my puppy, but he peeked his face around the corner to get smells and the person at the window took a sharp step back waiting for the window to close while rolling her eyes saying "nope, nope, nope, nope". She then went to the front counter and was very animated about pointing at us and I'm sure saying some very unkind things with how riled up she was. My dog was under complete control, in the seat belt, well trained, and quiet. I then didn't get the drink that came with the order when another person took over for her because we were so awful. Read moreFirst - the employee taking our order was incredibly rude. She had zero work ethic or customer service. We should have walked out but we understand its hard getting good employees for fast food. Second - the dining area was disgusting. None of the tables had been wiped down. There was spilled food and drinks on the floor. The condiment area looked like it hadn't been wiped down in several days. Just GROSS and unhealthy!! They would be shut down if the health inspector comes in. Third - a customer before us was upset because he had waited a long time for his food. Okay that happens. I get it. But after he left the store upset, the manager and the rude employee grab a food bag (apparently his) and try and flag him down with his food. He didnt stop and I dont blame him after how he was treated. They brought the food back inside and one of the cooks grabbed it, took the hamburger out and set it to what looked like to use on another order (I hope Im wrong about that!!) That right there will keep me from ever going back to Wendy's. Its very disappointing after being so impressed when they reopened after the remodel. Read moreThis location recently opened back up. I cannot tell you how dedicated the employees are too keeping it clean. I ordered the Baconator Combo with Fries and a MinuteMaid Zero Lemonaide. Let me start with the perfectly square patties on the bun absolute perfection on the typical SMASHED bun.
My friend Frank ordered the same thing he complained about the 1,300 calories not being enough so also ordered the Dave Double or something or rather. He told it was terrible and to only order the Baconator.
We were there for a total of probably 20 minutes I can say the service was excellent. The price was a little on the high side. I blame the government for inflation. If we shut down about 70% of government offices we would probably be able to get this price down by about well $6.89 give or take a few cents.
The drive thru was excellent for people who like to eat in their cars which I would never do because man, you dont want that sauce on your car. Plus you car eaters probably have sticky steering wheels. Peace out and thank you Wendys....
