The woman working the drive-through on 4/25/2024 is very rude, apathetic, and condescending to customers. Firstly, she came over the speaker and said only "hold on," and was then silent for the next 3-4 minutes... I mean, an awkwardly long time, with multiple cars behind me in line. When she came back on the speaker, she used the excuse that they were out of roast beef (really? Arby's is out of roast beef? What was all that about y'all having the meats?) because it was obvious that she didn't want to make my order because it was 1.5 hours before they closed and they probably didn't want to make shakes or prep any more roast beef.
I ordered and paid via the Arby's app, and she refused to cancel the order and kept telling me that I had to cancel in the app, which there is no way to do. I asked if she could help show me, and she rudely refused. She could have handled that situation completely differently and treated me like a customer instead of acting like she was doing me a favor by being there during normal operating hours.
Her behavior was just absolutely unacceptable and should never be tolerated, not even once and regardless of the situation. If she's treating customers this way, I can only imagine what damage she's doing to the restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if she is stealing food, supplies, money, time, or all of those things.
In reality, the way workers treat customers and the company they work for comes down to training and is a product of their management. It's very clear that she has been shown that treating customers like this is acceptable, so she will continue to do so and spread that cancerous behavior with everyone else working there. I just hope that she isn't the manager herself, or this Arby's location is in serious trouble.
(As an aside, I went to the same Arby's the following morning as soon as they opened, and you wouldn't believe it, but they magically had roast beef! I drove off without finishing my order and ate someplace else.)
I love Arby's and always have, but I'm not about to pay their high prices and get treated like a dog. I hope they make some...
Read morePrepare yourself for a tale of rude encounters, an empty menu, and a sandwich that could make you weep tears of bread-related sadness.
Upon entering Arby's, I was greeted by a cast of characters that could have auditioned for a grumpy dwarf role in a fairy tale. Rude? Oh, they had it down to an art form. With each item I mentioned, they seemed to have a rehearsed response: "We don't have that." It was like a broken record stuck on repeat, playing a symphony of disappointment.
Determined not to leave empty-handed, I finally settled on something from the dwindling options available. Alas, my triumph was short-lived, as what arrived before me was a sandwich that looked like it had taken a wrong turn on its way to being a complete meal. It was a sad sight indeed, with half of it consisting of nothing much but bread. Oh, the irony! I ordered a sandwich, not a bakery showcase.
But fear not, for in the midst of this culinary calamity, Arby's bestowed upon me a generous gift—a fry! Yes, folks, when life hands you cold sandwiches, Arby's counteracts it with an overflowing portion of golden, crispy fries. It's like they're trying to win us over with the power of potato goodness.
So, my dear readers, if you're in the mood for a performance of "We Don't Have That" and a chance to experience the art of serving cold sandwiches with bread as the star, Arby's is the place for you. It's a symphony of disappointment and culinary misadventures that will leave you pondering the mysteries of life and the tragic fate of missing ingredients.
Arby's, where the menu dwindles, the sandwiches lack substance, but the fries make a valiant attempt to save the day. It's a comedy routine that could rival a sitcom, providing laughs and a cautionary tale about the perils of incomplete meals. Bon appétit! 😒 A single...
Read moreThere are normally people in there in a group waiting on an employee. You will need to ask for to go condiments as they have none out. You also will have to ask for napkins because in the afternoons there is none out. I always ask for crinkle cut fried because I always get curly fries that have been sitting there far too long and by the time they sit on the tray and you get them back to the table they are at best luke warm. I have had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes a few times because all of the employees are in a huddle out of site. You can hear everything they are saying and I have yet to have this happen and they be talking about anything work related. The last 5 or 6 times we have stopped in there they were out of at least one thing we tried to order. We find ourselves in that area a lot and not being near another store we stop in here. Corporate really needs to look into this particular location and make some adjustments. They definitely need to get their stock under control and stop all the friends and relatives from hanging around in the lobby being so loud and sometimes rowdy. Our last trip they were hanging around where you walk in to order and we had to go around them...
