UPDATE In my previous review I received less than stellar service from this Taco Bell location. Well as of RECENTLY, I have revisited and received waaaay better service than before. My food was fresh like it should have been. The tacos were full and not lacking anything, nothing was left out, and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my meal when I arrived home. Not to mention this meal was purchased with the gift card the company sent to replace the terrible meal I previously received. So thank you to them for keeping their word because most companies don't.
After a long day at work I'm simply just trying to get something to eat and go home. I ordered the chalupa cravings box and requested NO SOUR CREAM on my chalupa. Only to get ALLLLL the way home and see there's sour cream on my chalupa. Not to mention I was half way home only to realize I did not receive my soda and had to turn around and go BACK up there to get my soda. I ordered two additional crunchy tacos with my meal. All three crunchy tacos barely had any lettuce on them at all, they were all thin, and one was broken up. In addition to ALL of that I did NOT get a beefy 5 layer burrito with my chalupa box, they gave me a damn bean burrito with cheese. š”š”š”š”š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬. If it wasn't for my children, that b.s. food would have gone in the TRASH! You all owe me a free meal for this terrible meal I received and the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE I was...

I like trying new menu items, so thatās what I was doing, while also getting my regular. I get to the window to pay and Iām not even handed a receipt. When I asked, I was ignored. I was handed an order which wasnāt mine at all, so I leave because Iām already tired from a long day at work, go back through the line and tell them my order is messed up. When I arrive back to the window, I canāt even get 2 words out before she starts telling the crew my order. Once again, wasnāt the correct order. As I tried yelling through the window what the correct order was, she was talking over me.
The customer service was awful. The order I received after the second time was worth more than what I originally paid for, which is why Iām being generous and giving it 1 star. I do not know what happened to this place, but it used to never be like this. I should have gone with my guy and gotten cookout instead....

We attempted to place a order tonight and the manager asked us to verify the accuracy of the order on the screen an because we had a large order we were going line for line and Michael proceeded to say that we were playing an to get away from his speaker. We pulled to the window an he proceeded to say yāall funny go away from my store, and threatened to call the police. We then went inside to see what is this guys problem and he then proceeded to use profane language and call us every type of name he could think of and told the other cashiers that they better not take our order. When we called to get the corporate information he stated that we were ignorant and dumb. Then when we stated we would just call back an speak with someone else he said do whatever corporate canāt do anything to him. We hung the phone up an this guy starts to call an harass us from different numbers continuing to call us names and making threats. Michael Robinson does not need to be employed anywhere...
