So I went through the drive through and I delt with the "The Jordan," as I call her, due to her dismissive attitude. I ordered some funnel sticks with extra powder and when I got to the window I restated the extra powder part and she looked at me then said ok. She gave them to me and they looked great, extra powder and all. They were so good that I had get more, so I got back in line and placed the same order over again. When I got to the window I checked the food before I drove off and there was no powder at all so I asked her for more powder as I tried to hand her the box and she said that she couldn't take it back due to covid. In which I totally understand so I said ok, can they make me some more, and she got mad, walked off real fast and exhaled real hard (attitude). So she brung me a box of powder and stated very rudely that we're not supposed to do that. I asked her for a little extra powder, not a bowl full of attitude. I asked her for some extra powder, not her hand in marriage. I asked for some extra powder, not her social security number. I asked her for some extra powder, not her checking account number. If she wants to charge me a dime or two more then fine, but don't treat me like I asked you for...
Read moreSo I was there on 7/22 at approximately 10:01am and the lady at the window, whose name I don't know, is a lady that I've delt with before. She doesn't like the fact that I ask for extra ketchup every time I come. She says whatever she wants to say about it, but ultimately hands it to me so the line will move. She is the only one that gives me a hard time about it, all the other ladies just do it and send me on my way. However, this time she decided to teach me a lesson, she made me wait. She did say it would be 5 minutes, because I was the 1st customer, but I sat there longer that. She would not give me the food that I already paid for until another car drove up behind me, then she had no choice. And she wasn't even man enough to bring it to the window as she gave it to another lady, who is always nice, to hand to me, which is a sign of guilt. Trying to retaliate over some extra ketchup is not only wrong, but its childish. We need to be older than that. She won't get her blessings. Female, black, light complexion, skinny, maybe 40ish. If someone asking for extra ketchup steals your happiness then you weren't happy to begin with. Thanks...
Read moreSaturday 7:35 Hwy. 64 Memphis Tn. Location. I walked in and told cashier to go and ordered 4 piece fish dinner with one xtra piece of fish. While waiting i saw the manager pick up a piece of fish and show it to another employee. That employ shouted out for some one else to take over the fish pot. They proceded to fill my order with the fish that obviously wasn't cooked properly. My food came up and sat there because the cashier had disappeared. My food was on a plate, I told them it was to go. Another employee started putting my food in a to go container. She scooped my mac and cheese with her gloved hand. My food sat there another few minutes and here comes the orginal cashier. I asked if I could please have my food, she didn't hear the ready call for my food because she was not at the counter . Another few minutes because she said she wasn't sure it was ready. Food was overcooked and i was not eating the mac & cheese because i saw the girl who scooped it with her gloved hand touch counters and her headset and hair which is cross contamination. All and all $15 dollars worth of barely editable...
