Great food happy employees and great customer care good management team at this location I got to meet the person that either owns this unit or the person that the operating manager he is doing a great job I meet him open grandopening day I love the giant roast beef sub great place to eat they make you feel at home and like you are sitting at their own kitchen table 😀 😊 yummy 😋

I came in to restaurant on the way home from work and I spoke to manager on duty and got know response back I try speaking to her again and got same response witch is silent I love the food here some customers service With certain people at this location need more training in cus tomers service

I returned to the restaurant on stage rd. In the old part of Bartlett this afternoon on 1-11-2023 every thing was so so with my order but some of the staff here aren't very friendly and don't make you feel very comfortable and watch everything you are Doing from behind the kitchen and the front counter I do love their food I just don't some of the staff here don't make you feel at home and glad for your business I'm very disappointed I allways try to speak and be nice to others when I'm out shopping or at any food place this day and time it is hard to no what to ex pect out in public anymore

I came by the Bartlett location today on 8-16-2024 and ice maker was not working I told the management staff plus I asked the management staff when a customer brings a STORE problem about a store why don't they follow up with the customer about the my visit today could of been ALOT better the only good thing was that the person making my sandwich did awesome job today he always does a great job for me

I truly wish there was an option for less stars. I have been to this location numerous times and ordered food for staff members at our church often. I placed an online order like I always do before I went to the location. I waited patiently even after my app notified me that it was ready. I watched the workers do multiple online orders after mine and take orders in person. I waited until the line cleared and walked up to the only male working and he asked me what I needed and I told him that I had a mobile order for Olivia. He informed me “I am working on it.” I asked him if I could go ahead and fix my drinks and he told me no. So I sat down and waited patiently. Another 15 minutes went by and after multiple in person orders were taken and finished, the lady at the check out asked me if I had been helped. I told her that the man said he was working on my online order. He immediately got an attitude and started practically yelling at me. They had not even begun my order. I told them to not worry about it that I would not be returning. It truly is so sad that one employee that I seriously felt had something against me, can ruin an experience at a location that has been nothing but great. I have been a loyal customer of Lenny’s Subs for over twenty years and recently decided to try the New Jersey Mikes Sub location at 5985 Stage Road. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. On 7/6/2024, I placed an online order for an Italian and a Famous Philly sandwich, expecting this to be a faster option. Upon arriving at the store, I noticed only one other customer waiting for their sandwich, while there were five employees working behind the counter. Despite this, I stood at the counter for an extended period without being acknowledged. It seemed as though I was being ignored, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of Jersey Mikes. As a result, I’m not sure if I will be returning to Mike’s for my future sub purchases.
