I went in to place two separate orders. The cashier, Marcus, was nice and patient while I placed the orders. The first order was an Original 2 pc dinner (breast and wing). Well, the woman putting the food in the boxes behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. She had previously made a statement to her co-workers in front of customers that she was fixing to get off work. From what I observed she was rushing her co-workers. I did not find that professional, but brushed it off. Anyways, back to the the two piece Original dinner. The woman asks me when the order comes up, "Are you okay with Crispy instead of Oroginal?" (This is AFTER she asked the gentleman in front of me if he would just take something else instead of grilled. Apparently, he had ordered a bucket and they didn't have all the parts in grilled). I told the woman the order was for someone else so I would prefer Original. She just looked at me. So I said, "Just put Crispy in there." However, had I wanted Crispy Inwould have ordered it. Folks just want to be lazy and not cook anymore. It's not like this was 10pm... Then my second order I had two meal combos. The woman put BOTH meals in ONE box and did so messy! That box was a hot mess. Not once did she apologize or offer any compensation for being out of the ordered items to any customers. You could tell she just wanted to get off work. That one woman makes me not want to go to KFC for a long time. Do a good job or don't do it at all. Poor poor customer service on her part. Again, thank you to Marcus. He is the only reason this review got a 2. The floors were sticky. The food was cold (clearly cause nobody wanted to cook anymore chicken). Steer clear...
Read moreThis is one of the WORST KFCs I've ever stopped. First of all my food wasn't fresh after spending several dollars for my whole family. I called back about the food the same night the manager Michael lied and said everything was fresh when it clearly wasn't. I explained to him that the chicken was old and the mac and cheese had some burned parts in it..He started laughing as he could care less about the issue..i then asked him for the corporate number he laughs again as he's giving me a cell phone number..i called back the day after and spoke with the store manager Barbara and she assured me that she would take care of the issue and write my name in the book for them too replace it she even stated that I wouldn't need the receipt since its on the book..I come 2days later to redeem and the employee Kristy comes and says she didn't put your name in the book can u try and find your receipt at home...I called up to the store again for the corporate number and was again given a phony number..so I called back and Kayla answered the phone and after I requested corporate number again she hung up in my face..I will NEVER eat...
Read moreI pulled up to this KFC tonight, craving something off the full menu, only to be told — quite adamantly — that the only thing I could order was chicken. Not sides, not desserts, not even a biscuit. Just chicken.
I can't for the life of me believe that there was absolutely no other food available. That leads me to believe one of two things: either the staff had already thrown away the rest of the food 30 minutes before closing, or they simply refused to cook anything else. Either way, it's unacceptable.
I truly wonder if the management knows they have employees actively turning away money — not just mine, but who knows how many other customers are being told the same thing. And if people keep showing up just to be told they can't order from the menu, how long before they stop coming altogether?
Eventually, when the hours start getting cut due to low traffic, I hope the staff remembers nights like this. Turning people away with a full kitchen still technically open is not good business. It’s a fast-food restaurant — not a “chicken-only for the last half hour” stand.
Do...
