Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bartlett

I ordered a deep dish half pepperoni half cheese pizza along with the cheese crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread. I got home and the pizza hardly had any cheese or sauce on it. It was hard and cold and not edible. The Italian cheese bread was also lacking cheese as well as being hard and cold. I called the store and was able to have my meal replaced for the next time I came in. Well, next visit with my free replacement meal was just as bad. The pizza was actually a bit warmer this time, but was lacking cheese and sauce AGAIN! It was also supposed to have extra cheese, which I said I would pay for. Again, it was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese and it was all pepperoni. I had placed my order in store since I couldn't get through on the phone and know I reiterated my toppings to the gentleman working there. The Italian cheese bread was a bit better but still lacking cheese. And the cheese crazy puffs were complete opposite of last time and were hard and cold. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past the time the employee had told me. I understand to an extent as there were only 2 employees working on a busy Friday night. As I was waiting for my food I watched ones of the employees pull out a black, burnt pizza. This location needs to hire more employees. They also need to reevaluate the amount of ingredients/toppings they use. I go to other LC and have not had as many issues as I've had here in only 2 visits. It's unfortunate because they are 5 minutes down the road, but I'll go drive the extra 10 to get good food. Pizza is so HARD and CHEWY! Taste like Hard bread with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Not sure if it's because it's undercooked or because they have the Hot and Ready pizzas in the to go oven to long before someone purchase them. You can tell they have been in that stored unit for some time because when they hand you the pizza the bottom part of the pizza box is barely warm.

I would say for every 4 trips to get pizzas you get 2 that are always HARD and CHEWY. Been to this place several of times and only ONCE we have really enjoyed the pizza, it was WARM AND SOFT, maybe because the nice lady (owner) was there and the cooks were putting attention on how to cook the pizzas.

Took some pictures of the Pepperoni pizza we got today, you can see they just cook the pizzas in a hurry or careless, the crust around is not even, one side is THICK and as it goes around there is HARDLY ANY CRUST, I honestly would have not minded at all if at least the pizza was eatable. I placed two pieces of pizza in the microwave to heat up (pizza was almost cold by the time we got home, a 2 minute drive) but pizza came out same way HARD and CHEWY. .

Such a shame because this place opened for business probably 2 or 3 months ago.

I've been to many Little Ceasars pizzas and the pizza has never taste horribly bad like this establishment serves it.

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the people that work there are nice and seems the place is clean.

Hope the owners read this comment so they can improve the quality of the pizzas they are selling.

I have to say, I DON'T recommend the pizzas they sell at this particular Little Ceasars. If you want Warm, soft and tasty pizza GO...

I don't like giving bad reviews but sometimes you have to in order for places to make improvements. I hope this is all just growing pains on their part.

Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:15 but we didn't get it until an hour later. The food was hot so we let it go. The crazy puffs were great and at a reasonable price. The Italian Cheese Bread we received was horrible. I'm pretty sure there wasn't cheese on it and a lack of the seasonings as well. I've had it for years and never once have I eaten one piece and quit eating it. Pricing at this location vs the Hanover Park location do not match. We ended up paying more at the Bartlett location.

Hopefully you can read this and make some improvements. I don't expect gourmet food but when something is called cheese bread and there was no cheese on it, there...
