If I could give zero stars, I would.
Context: this was our first time here. We were at target and spotted this place. We thought it was cute and we love the cuisine. We looked online and saw that we could order online for curbside pick up. After review of the menu, we placed a curbside order totaling $80.
What happened: we pulled up 35 minutes before our promised order time, so we patiently waited in the parking lot. The curbside spaces were all taken and the space next to the curb side was handicap, so we decided to park next to the drive-thru spots, if I recall correctly there’s four. When we pulled up, I had selected the button to notify that we were already there, so I waited until 8:25 PM to call. The girl who picked up was very loud, I said “I’m here for a curbside”, she asked “what’s the name?” I answered “B**”. She said “we are coming” and then hung up on me.
10 minutes later two girls came to our car, stood at the driver door and said “HELLO?” Again, very loudly with attitude. As soon as I rolled down the window, one young lady said to me “Next time, the curbside pick up is over there” and the other young lady gave me a gave with 4 boxes. And said “thank you”. They both walked away. (So I guess they couldn’t find my car and got mad? So the other girl had to come with the young lady that was bringing my food out to scold me for not parking in the correct area? That’s the only thing I can think of since it doesn’t take two people to bring one bag of food).
After they walked away, still in shocked that I just got yelled at as if I was a ratchet fast food place. I realized that my order was missing some items. Since we ordered 6 different items totaling $80, and we only received one bag of 4 boxes. I pulled around and walked in. I went to the counter and the you d lady at the counter said “how can I help you ma’am” and asked the young lady this “hi excuse me, someone just brought me my order but I think I am missing some items, I have 6 orders on my tickets but only four boxes. Did y’all combine them? Or am I missing some boxes?”. She rolled her eyes and said “I didn’t bag your order so I don’t know.” That was definitely not the answer I was looking for, not at all. So at this point I was furious…
Two people walked to my car to bring me half my order and to yell at me????
The funny thing is she said “next time…” as if I would ever return to this establishment again? I am not sure how you run your business but I am sure it’s not successful from returning customers, at least not with that type of services.
What actually amazes me is that I took every step not to receive bad service… I chose to order online, I chose to do curbside pick up, I chose to call so that it wouldn’t be late, I chose to go in when the order was wrong to get things straightened out… But yet every single employee still managed to give me bad service. I can’t even imagine sitting there eating… I can’t imagine having to deal with those employees.
I am writing this review not for the employees, I am writing this review for the owner of the business. Your place looks great, the food it’s not bad but your service has to change. Running a business with bad employees is the worst thing that can happen to a business owner. I can tell by the way it looks that you’ve put a lot of thought and effort into your business, please do not let that attitudes ruin it. I can understand if I had a bad experience, I really hope that’s just what it was… That your employees had a long day and that is not how they act...
Read more[EDIT] For clarity, the past year I frequently ordered a gyro with side #1 = soup and side #2 = fruit cup (instead of chips) using the app. The soup and fruit cup were both upcharges I gladly paid for a fulfilling meal that was a bit more healthy than what usually gets handed through a window.
Recently Sneaky Taziki's stopped allowing us to do that.
We now get no option at all to sub anything for side #2. Better like those chips! (I don't)
Also, now when we sub side #1 for soup, we now also forfeit the handful of chips! At least according to the rather smug gentleman behind the counter the other day. I don't much like chips but still a fan of getting what I paid for.

I hate Sneaky Taziki's appears to be struggling to the point they have to adopt this policy, I'd rather have paid a higher upcharge before it came to this.
I hope this makes it clear that I am pointing out a legitimate concern and not trying to get, nor interested in, any freebies to make me happy.
I just want the same meal I have paid for since the place opened.
I was a weekly visitor to Bartlett location, always ordered through app and paid upcharge to sub side #1 for soup and also sub fruit instead of chips. I was disappointed when they recently removed option in app to sub another side for chips, but then when I ordered, no chips. So I asked guy behind counter and he said policy is that I don't get chips when I sub for soup (even though there's already an upcharge to do that, and app shows it only subs for side #1!). I showed him the app and how it clearly does not reflect what he claimed, and he stood firm. He finally offered to give me an 'extra' side if 'that's what I want' and I simply walked out at that point before I made a scene.

Read moreHorribly disappointing. A waste of $70. I’ve been to this location several times but my visit today, Thursday, and last Friday have been extremely disappointing. The only reason I went back today is because everyone else wanted it and I was hoping last week was just a fluke. Nope. The orders of shrimp were not cooked as they usually have been. They tasted very watered down and lacked seasoning. Somehow we ended up with chopped chicken. I didn’t even know that was an option. The drive thru is always slow but at least worth it. Not today. They were so slow the truck behind me jumped the curb and drove down the hill to get out of the line. I waited 25 minutes behind someone else and when I get to the window was asked to move to spot 1 where I waited another 15 minutes. Not sure if there has been a change in staff, but the food is no longer worth the price...
