McDonald's — Restaurant in Bartow

I don't know what happened to McDonald's or in fact all of the fast food places after COVID. Before they were always on the job, friendly and the wait was reasonable. After COVID and lest I forget the raises everyone got of 14 an hour it's like they think I should be grateful for even getting the food. The workers are rude and really could care less about you or your food, they get in zero hurry and don't care if your order is right. They will close the drive up window in your face without hesitation while your saying thank you to them and just act like there doing you a favor while charging you $30 fir a meal. They need to check themselves and thr bad attitudes at the door. Update: Ordered a Chocolate shake tonight and ended up with a over half vanilla and some chocolate at the top shake. "Seriously"! What part of chocolate is hard for then to understand? She had a whole discussion about the shake and the fact they were out of chocolate right in front if me and then handed me something resembling what I ordered. Update #2 So I HAD to go to this dumpster fire again because my wife wanted a double cheeseburger " just the meat and cheese and no bun" simple right? WRONG for this bunch of dunderheads who can't manage a complete sentence I ended up standing there for OVER 30 minutes waiting in 2 pieces of meat and cheese. So they can't manage even a SIMPLE order STILL. McDonald's Corporate needs to take their nan back from this dump because it's truly an insult...

Let me tell u have so many bad experience at this restraunt in evening, most of workers lazyiness people there, stand around not doing anything at all, when waiting on drinks they sit it on side acting like it's not there, knowing I standing there for ever, it's not busy there is an excuses, I would understand if it was busy. Night manager no good think her name brannon Brandon I don't know, they need to b train with manner's the manager Angela on morning shift rude as ever, had experience with her at McDonald's nothing was done about situation, still rude very uncalled action the corporate or who ever is in charge needs to do something bout her attitude. Place was dirty. Again the manger and employees are no good no work values. They will make you wait 20 mintues on coffee. To lazy clean lobby. Very rude employees and manger they know who they are. Please read on, because we all know what Mcdonald's is most of the time IT'S Mcdonald's, Nothing really to write home about because everybody knows what Mcdonald's is about.. But on this day, I was blessed, I drive a tractor trailerand there is no easy way to park and run in and get a quick bite to eat, and no one wants a tractor trailer Going through the drive thru (LOL). I parked at the Plaza behind McD and set off to get me a burger, but when I got there, I realized I had forgotten to take my wallet with me and told the Lady Behind the counter I'd be right back , she Literally stop me and said no.No no this one's on me and she gave me my double cheeseburger for "FREE", She also said thank you for being a truck driver and I have a fantasy member.That's a truck driver and he doesn't get home too often and I miss him a lot.So let me buy you a 🍔 It's the least I can do..
