8/27/22 Decided to give it another try today. Same result with hard cold tortillas and cold barbacoa this time. Isn't it critical to serve meats hot? I mean they weren't even warm. I waited to reheat it at home before finishing it. Food kept at improper temperature's can be dangerous. Usually love their tacos when I lived in H town. Was excited to see one here and disappointed. Tortillas were crispy and the ingredients were cold. Got a sausage, egg, potato and cheese and a bean and cheese. Both were the same, crispy and cold. Those bags of fresh tortilla chips may have been fresh a month ago. They are really disgusting. The people in this store act like they hate their job and don't wanta be there. Not very friendly or helpful. All condiments were empty. 2 mustard bottles completely empty and when I asked about getting more the cashier said I don't know I just got here. The breakfast tacos are undesirable. They were served hot, and the produce was fresh but the eggs, sausage and chorizo were all overcooked and dry, like they had sat under the warmer lights for too long after being overcooked already. The lady who took my order was very unfriendly and treated me like I was annoying her by being there and giving her my money. Will likely be back because I've had some good Loredo Tacos in the past, but I'm not pleased with this...
