Ordered 2 shakes thru the drive up at 8:00 p.m. Was asked to pull around and wait for order to be brought out to me. Waited 10 minutes while customers behind me were getting their orders first. Drove around to the drive up to ask about my order. After waiting for all the cars in front of me to place their order...I get to the window and no one had any idea what happened to my shakes! I was ticket #35. I gave them my name when I initially placed my order and they didn't get that right either!!!! They said "are you Lauren?" "are you Sharon?" Wasted 1/2 hour of my time and left with nothing!!!!!! How can you ring up an order, collect money for it, hand out a ticket to identify it and then it all disappears??????????? I ordered two meals for delivery on 03/04 and the quality and presentation was horrible. I requested a double cheeseburger without a bun. When I opened the container, all the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. The burgers and condiments were tossed all over the container. I have ordered bunless burgers from other establishments and they are assembled perfectly with added lettuce on the top and bottom of the burger. I also ordered the cod basket. The batter was undercooked. I wish I could add my photos to this review. I am appalled by the quality and assembly of my order and will no longer order from this location. I did get a partial refund from the delivery service but will be calling Culver's corporate office to register...
