For 1 hour it will cost you $35 for 1 hour. Most machines do work. The ones that don't doesn't have any showing out of order. Pizza is literally way to expensive for the quality. Better off getting a little Caesars pizza. Honestly all together I've had a birthday party here and the cost was around $450 for 15 kids. Another time since my son loves the place because of the lights and doesn't know any better we have came a second time with my son, wife, and myself. Was over a hundred dollars for 1 hour with coupons I found on their website. The trampoline area is not available and tiny. The air hockey table will time out on you before you have a chance to really get into it. The prizes from the lack of tickets you will earn you could get at 5 below for a fraction of what you would spend here In all reality I do not recommend due to how expensive this place is. You are better off going to a different entertainment center for children for the same price with way more activities. I hope people find this review helpful Last thing good luck getting photos from the machine out of paper

Took my son here for the first time. He is 3 years old and they only had about five games for his age. The other games had to be played with the help of an adult. We weren’t really pleased with our visit. There were only about 15 games, the prices are way too high, and like every other arcade, the prices are way too expensive. You need to spend over $100 just to be able to win a pop it that you can buy at Dollar Tree for $1.25. I don’t recommend this place at all. Even for birthdays I wouldn’t. The food is okay, the service is great and everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is overall very friendly and welcoming. Only reason why I’m rating this two stars is because my son is autistic and he enjoyed the platform with the lights and all the lights and noises from the games. Other than that he didn’t know how to play anything and he was still enjoying himself.

We used to frequent this restaurant when more of our kids were under 10, but we went recently in a day off school and found it recently updated. My kids miss the ChuckE nose they always rubbed in the way in, but it was probably a germ magnet anyway. :) so many games are just intro-to-slot-machine style games. They do still have ski ball and basketball games, as well as adventure and driving games. Also a decent assortment of rides for the preschool age group. The prizes are fairly high priced, but tickets are easy to come by (wish they automatically loaded in the game cards instead of physical tickets). Easy way to blow a couple hours, and $50 or more, and their pizza is decent too, though not cheap.

Decided for the 1st time ever to actually plan my kids birthday parties somewhere besides our house. We were so excited for the fun and stress free party which turned into the most stressful party I ever had. My food order was incorrect, they didn't acknowledge my children when Chuckie came out for their birthdays, his focus was only on the other party. My kids were told last minute to go in the ticket booth as we were being kicked out of the party area. So nobody was able to watch besides me, we were told as the cakes were coming out the ones we ordered and paid for were not in stock and neither were their designs. This was completely unorganized by them and I will never have another party here. When I gave my original review per their email request they deeply apologized and offered to have my kids back at their cost, we are still waiting for those vouchers and it has been 2 months. Sad because my kids love this place but the day they were supposed to be treated as the "prince" and "princess" for their birthdays they were shoved to the side and never thought about. I was truly...

If I could give this place zero stars I totally would!!! My 2 year old just got out of the building that is supposedly super secure and safe . Now before people say how can a 2 year old can get away from someone .Everyone knows of a moment when their child runs ahead and you go after them. Well I didn't panic because I know that there is an employee by the door that does not allow anyone to leave without checking their stamp on the arm matches the child. Well the employee did not notice my daughter running right in front of him/past him which is his only job! A family had the door open and my daughter started to leave the building without anyone stopping her! The employee had noticed this and notice me yelling after her and he still did nothing! thank goodness the family noticed and got my daughter to go back into the building and I was able to get her .After speaking with the manager on duty I hardly got any remorse let alone an apology .

Do not bring your children here. The employees and management do not care about you or your child's safety despite what they...
