Not Worth the Money or the Hassle

I’ve now given this place two chances, and both times I walked away disappointed. Last month, I spent over $200 on two sacks of live crawfish, only to find that more than 10 pounds were already dead. I gave them a heads-up about it, but also mentioned that the ones that were alive were great quality.

Fast forward to yesterday — I gave them another shot, again spending over $200. I even showed photos from the previous experience and explained the issue before buying. Unfortunately, we had the same exact problem: a large amount of dead crawfish, and this time they were also smaller in size.

When I showed the employee the photos and expressed my concern, his response was, “Oh well, you’re gonna get dead ones.” When I asked if that much was normal, he just shrugged and walked away.

For the price, this level of product inconsistency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values quality and...

My friend told me about this place! She lives around the corner . I always pass by so yesterday I decided to stop. It was convenient because it was raining they had a drive thru! Secondly the lady at the window was really nice !!! But what puts this review over the top is the crawfish!!! Omg let’s just say they were so big ! Juicy ! Flavor through out the paw, the tail ! I was passing thru, and wanted some crawfish bad. It’s was the first location that popped up. I told my boyfriend we was only 20 minutes away let’s stop. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open. (And they were) Miguel was supper nice. His customer service was excellent!!! We got there he let me taste one before I paid for it.
