Awful, actually laughable at how bad this food experience was. Was given a gift card for my birthday, my order was a plain Caesar salad, plain cheese sticks, and a chicken Alfredo pizza on cauliflower crust, I added spinach and roasted garlic.. this cost $38 and some change..! first of all, my salad was more brown and soggy than good, so I just threw it all away. Second, I paid SEVENTEEN dollars for the “pizza” it’s very small, the “crust” was extremely soggy (ive had plenty of cauliflower crusts before, there’s no excuse for it to ever be soggy) plus there was hardly any sauce on it, and barely ANY spinach or roasted garlic. The cheese sticks? Dry. Barely any cheese at all whatsoever. Looks nothing like advertised on their menu. I also added two marinara cups (paid for), so there was supposed to be three total from the order with the cheese sticks... nope. Just two. I’m pregnant and live across town otherwise I would have showed back up and just demanded my money be put back on my gift card. This is the first time I’ve ever had food from this place and it will be the last. I called and was given a “credit” for a salad, but truly I’ll never step foot in this place again. Brittany was really nice about it and of course I know it’s not her fault, so I just apologized for having to complain in the first place and thanked her for her help. I am never ever one to complain, but this was the most disappointing food I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. Idk how it was served even thinking it was acceptable for almost 40...
Read moreThe service at this location has gone down significantly since we first started eating here. Used to be our favorite pizza place. Don’t believe we will be coming back for a long time, if at all. Food took forever to be done. The young man waiting our table told us he was the only server working. He seemed overwhelmed. Isn’t Sunday lunch the busiest time of the week. One person in the kitchen. Our food took nearly an hour to make to the table. They ran out of clean utensils. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but the service and quality at this Rotolos has not been good the last several times we’ve ordered in store or pickup. The management need to know. I hope they are able to turn it around before it’s too late. Too many competitors in this space to last long without...
Read moreA favorite dish: The Krewe Calzone. It's cooked to perfection; I haven't had one yet that was burned on the bottom like most other open oven pizzerias, so I'm always impressed with their food. They run specials, so be sure to ask. Caution: their calzone special is $8, not 1/2 off as twice I'd been told by 2 different waiters on 2 different occasions, so when you get your bill, don't be surprised, as bringing this up to the checkout person/manager(?) will get you nowhere. Other than that, and the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, it was a great dining out experience. I'd recommend for excellent ambiance, value, taste, family friendly convenient location. Accessibility: handicapped parking at front entrance with wheelchair access, small curb for...
