I brought my child to Applebee's for their bday and left disappointed. Waiter was extremely nice but the service is so incredibly slow and it's not even half full. I called 3 hours ahead of time to ask specifically about the half priced appetizers. The woman told me yes appetizers are half priced after 9pm. I said oh okay thank you so much and she said mhm no problem and hung up. Here I am thinking I have budgeted the right amount for everyone (party of 6) could eat. Nope. I get the bill and that's when I'm told only select appetizers. My waiter brought it to his managers attention in which I explained what happened when I called and even showed and confirmed the phone number to the resturant and I provided my call log to prove I did call hours in advance. He said he knows who it was and she's not here right now. I'm not exactly sure what her being there has to do with the info I was given or the lack of info given when my order was taken. I don't appreciate that because we just moved from an entirely different state and like many many other Americans, we have to budget to the highest degree to do things like this. I could've cried at that table I just couldn't believe the info I was getting AFTER the fact. That's so harsh to do. Luckily I was able to borrow extra money but that now sets us back as if it wasn't a treat in the first place. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else and they get the info they asked for BEFORE they recieve the bill because that hurts the waiter as well. Thank you to my waiter Austin. Restaurant is not seating tables of 5 or 6, as we have tried many times over the past 6 weeks. We keep being told it's at least an hour wait and that we can't be seated due to being extremely short handed. Oddly enough, we were told the same thing when we called a second location. So if you have a large family, don't bother trying to eat at Applebee's. We have frequented this place for years- unfortunately can't give them my business going forward and the kids love the food. Huge disappointment, Applebee's, bad business. Nothing but terrible now for well over a year, except when Kori takes care of us.

Slowest service I've ever rec'd at a restaurant that I can remember. We went in for son's bday dinner, took 15 minutes to get drinks ( we should have left at that point). Apps came quickly since we ordered them on kiosk. Had to ask for refills twice from a manager and server that wasn't ours. Waited another 20 minutes to order food and another 20 before it arrived. Another 20-30 before they brought out a brownie dessert in a to go container after I had to ask yet another server for check and we can't wait any longer. Our initial server brought check with dessert and apologized that he couldn't get anyone together to sing - and that he discounted the birthday dessert... LMAO! Since when is a child charged for birthday dessert?! ...icing on the cake, the pen he gave me to sign rec't didn't work, I had to use a crayon. Absolutely horrible all...

My brother always orders a classic burger with only lettus and bacon only, ever single time, they make it a cheese burger with all the fixings, our sides or drinks are always forgotten. this past Saturday 9/18/21 we ordered a classic burger, lettus, bacon only with fries. a whiskey burger with broccoli , a chicken fajita wrap, and an appetizer. over $60.00 in food, what we received was, a chicken fajita wrap, a cheeseburger with all the fixings.. no plain burger, no whiskey burger... so we contact the restaurant.. they apologize, offer to remake our food, and a free desert. Our doordasher was kind enough to go back and pick up the food, even though it wasn't her fault. our food arrives.. we get the whiskey burger, and we get ANOTHER cheeseburger, even though we specified over the phone it was a plain burger with bacon and lettus and no dessert. by the time all this is over with, we contact the store, it is pretty close to close to complain yet again, and now they wont answer phone.. I am over it, we spend $50-$70 here every time we order from here several times a month and it is wrong 9/10 times, it is ridiculous.. wont be ordering from this location again its a waste of money and time, and the quality of food is...
