Fazoli's — Restaurant in Battle Creek

It seems like every time I choose to eat here I have at least 1 bad experience today it was 3 bad experiences… my tea was gross usually it’s really good but today it was so gross I had to go to my fridge and use my own tea as a drink… my bread sticks were cold I ended up feeding those to my dog. And they forgot to give me my salad which was one of the main things I wanted. Last time I went here which was maybe a month ago there was a long hair in my food and again the dog had my lunch and they forgot to put things in my bag that I paid for. I know and understand that we are all human and things happen but it seems that about every time I come to eat here I have a bad experience and that’s not ok to me I work hard for my money and if I am going to pay for something I expect it to be good. If I choose to eat here ever again I will dine in so that if somethings not right it’ll be easier to address it I don’t like dining out these days because of Covid and so on but yeah I am just not a happy customer and it’s sad customer service is always really good friendly staff just very poor quality food. I know I could have taken the food back but I live 12 miles from the store and should not have to go back it’s...

stopped here on my way home to chicago on 7/23/23 ordered a kids ravioli and a chicken bacon ranch salad and both were nasty. i don’t like processed bacon. it’s not crispy and feels old. i had never gone here before so i didn’t know what to expect. and the very worst part was we waited 25 mins for our food and i received the ravioli frozen from the middle. i was so upset because it’s truly a disappointment when you’re on the road, starving and can’t decide where to go so you give a new place a chance and it ends up being SO BAD. i will never come here again. please stop serving customers frozen food! reminds me of applebees. i noticed it was lowered priced too.. but believe me you get less than what you pay for here! oh and they forgot to give me my drink so i had to go back in and get it. also their receipt machine doesn’t work for self check out, we got a blank paper. very bad place.

FORMER employee here...I have over a decade in the restaurant business...this place is by FAR the grossest establishment I have EVER worked at/for...the place is beyond disgusting and unsanitary. Food literally is sent out with MOLD on it. The swill and filth is unbelievable. The back of house is constantly flooded and there's food swimming in water. On the floor...it smells beyond unsanitary and unsafe. Not a single pair of gloves worn by employees in an 8 hour shift. Wow boa chicken is literally SPOILED . Coagulation and mold . You can actually smell the bad food when boxing it. And management said send it out anyways. DONT...I REPEATE ...FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY AND HEALTH...DO NOT EAT HERE...for anyone who DOES NOT believe me...I have attached about a dozen photos to support my claims...best of luck on fazolos future endeavors... Ps..this place is unsanitary...and should be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY... before anyone gets...
