Pizza Rescue — Restaurant in Battle Creek

This place has the the best fresh tasting pizza and pasta in all of Battle Creek. I like to try new places to eat especially family own. Not only was the food fresh and home made that day it was excellent, the family was awesome. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Mother and son worked together to make the best food ever. We had a great conversation. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and a deep dish pizza. They give you a lot of food with so many toppings of each. The food was very delicious with a great price. It's all homemade. You have to try this place. I will be back. It's a small world that the owner lives on the same street as me. My mom also loved the pizza. It's very hard to please my mom but this place didn't disappoint at all. I highly recommend them to anyone. If you ever want good food, then you have to go to pizza...

The pizza was amazing we got the meat lovers with extra sauce and a bacon cheeseburger pizza minus onion extra sauce and an Italian grinder the toppings were good and plentiful didnt need extra cheese and I never eat the crust well... it was so good I ate the crust and btw they make their curst from scratch everything was delicious koodles pizza rescue you got it right nothing was burnt either the only thing I have to say is get rid of one of your chocolate cookies and add a peanut butter one and next time you print your menus add a dog and or cat so that will help explain your purpose because pizza rescue donates 5% of their profits to local animal rescues and the local shelters so while you are enjoying your amazing food you dont need to feel guilty cause you're helping an animal too...

The crust: buttery and rich, without any one flavor overpowering another. Cooked just right, with a nice crisp edge on the outside and a nice, chewy body.

The sauce: bright; tomato-forward. Not a lot of pizazz or herbs and spices, you can really taste the freshness. (Death to jar sauce!)

The pineapple tastes like it's cut fresh, not mushy like canned, and the pepperoni and sausage are very flavorful. They don't get too crisp on top of the pie.

The price: $12 for a large with 3 toppings on one half and one topping on the other. Extremely reasonable.

The customer service: superb, they're very friendly and accommodating. Talking to them briefly on the phone actually brightened my day a little.
