Simply Sensational Berries LLC — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Very frustrated with my experience here! I messaged Simply Sensational to place an order/ask questions sense I had never really ordered from a place like them.. let alone never ordered from Simply Sensational at all. I was helped imminently. I was able to place an order, get all my questions answered and even have a time when I could come pick it up. I understand Valentines Day is a BUSY BUSY day.. especially for people who make choc. covered strawberries! However, I show up to pick up my order.. and they didn’t have it! With little sympathy they told me that they couldn’t help me and they were completely booked. But I already placed an order!!! And it’s Valentines Day so there was no way I could get any other sweets in time. Oh well, guess I should’ve order sooner. But I was counting on them to come through, sense I am a paying costumer. Next time I’ll probably just go...

My first time being there & i lived it! Both ladies/owners were friendly, professional, & inviting! Southwest Salad was great! I wasn't expecting such a HUGE portion & I wasn't dissatisfied either. The Jalapeño ranch is everything!! Banana Pudding was good! Would've liked more crust bc the pudding was a bit much. Strawberry crumble cookie was a bit to I sweet for my liking but my friend doubled back for another! Lemonade (Peach & Strawberry) were so good! I love a sour Lemonade & this was perfect! My friend had strawberry & said his was too sour but still good. Blueberry cheesecake icecream was also a larger portion than expected! It didn't meet my expectations, but I was pleased nonetheless. I love this place!! So many good things to say about this establishment. Not only is the food delicious 🤤 whether you want a wrap, quesadilla, salad or some sweet treats; the atmosphere and staff bring it all together. We had a “reservation” today for a work meeting that my boss had set up. The team turned it into a birthday celebration (as we had missed it last Friday)! I was able to drop the decorations off and when we arrived the table & decorations were set up & so lovely! My boss was SO surprised && we couldn’t have done it without the support of the staff! We were served restaurant style, had very little wait time for our food && we all left so full. They even helped bring out a cupcake with a candle I provided for us to sing 🎶 Happy Birthday!!
