Our church has been a customer of Ministry Designs since September 2018. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the very beginning with this company. From the start of the inquiry process, beginning handed off to Jordan for training and any questions that arose, to any support issues that we have had, the journey has been FANTASTIC. Jordan performed a site evaluation in late November and Jarett performed a follow up. Again, all positive experiences. Our church decided in late early December to upgrade to the Omega Plus platform. We just got in at the last minute for the 20% 20-page migration promo. I had some issues signing up online after the office closed for the day. I left a message and Jarett went above and beyond to call me on his own time and help me get signed up. It ended up being an error on my part with a credit card number. We were in no rush to get the site up before Christmas and Jarett agreed to let us start the migration process after the Christmas rush. Again, another positive experience. The 20-page migration process went great. Since than I have had some questions regarding how certain parts of the new builder function. I have contacted the support team by email and by phone. This support team is the best. There responses are fast, and they always make sure that your questions are answered completely. The support chat function is 24/7/365. This support team should be a model for all business. We are currently in the final stages before going live with out new Omega Plus website. Ministry Designs is always on the cutting edge of church websites. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
