Wendy's — Restaurant in Battle Ground

I am a big fan of Wendy's in general. I love the chicken nuggets (usually) I love that extra condiments don't usually cost more. I don't like leaving bad reviews, HOWEVER IN MORE THAN SEVERAL PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AT THE BATTLE GROUND WA. STORE. THIS RATING IS STORE SPECIFIC. Most of the time drive thru orders are wrong/ missing items. A lot of the staff are not very helpful, or polite. A lot of bad attitude. Food quality here has gone way down hill. I avoid this store now if and when possible. Service here stinks! Last 2 orders I had here I placed online and other in person to go . I didn't inspect everything and open everything ( I shouldn't have to be that thorough) 2 10pcs = 20 nuggets not 18 and not shriveled up dry barely warm. 2 medium fries means 2 not 1 and last I checked a double burger has 2 patties not 1. It's just sad and nobody seems to care when you attempt to bring it to ther attention. Just sad. When a restaurant makes so many mistakes they should care and want to make it right. Not just shrug their shoulders, or ignore customers. SAD and with the combination of multiple visit issues owed a Family dinner by now but know that's just a dream. ADVISE TO CUSTOMERS.... If I could give you guys zero stars I would. And let me tell you why … me and my sister went in here to get food. We were in a line. We had three people ahead of us not an issue at all. When it was our turn the manager I believe he was maybe he wasn’t BUT he told the guy who was taking orders to “stop serving”. Me and my sister didn’t know why and we stood there not saying nothing. The line continued to build up and it took the LAST GUY who was in line to say something. He told the cashier “are you going to take these girls orders or not”. And then he took our order. Me and my sister are mixed. Black and white… when we finally got our food it was cold and gross we just ended up leaving. The fact that they were so nice to everyone else. So quick to take orders but not ours…. Take it how you see it. But either way whatever the reason was it wasn’t ok at all. Need better workers. Will not be eating here again. Waiting in line for almost 15 minutes starting at 10:15 only for me to finally be able to order at 10:29 the person in front of me in the drive thru was able to order breakfast as soon as I pull up I am not allowed to order breakfast anymore. Worst possible customer service location ruined my whole day honestly, (I’ve had other locations make me breakfast past 10:30) even past 11 (because the messed up the order) if you are waiting before 10:30 you should be able to order the food you went to the store for. This location completely wasted 20 minutes of my time I will not be going back to this Wendy’s horrible customer service and ruined my experience with this location. I would recommend you not come to this location if you want decent or let alone any customer service.
