If you would like your pizza cut into slices make sure they listen and cut it like you asked before they hand the boxes over to you because they have a weird rule that they cannot take it back (even to cut the slices) once they hand the pizza over to you. When i went back to ask for the slices to be cut they said they cannot cut them for me and to use a plastic knife located outside the window. The knife was flimsy and was not helping me so i went back to ask again and again they said they cannot take the pizza back. I explain how frustrated i was because i clearly asked for the pizza to be cut before i paid and they still did not listen to my request so another lady came over and said in a rude attitude “if you throw these away we can get you new slices and cut them” i said okay thanks and as i was watching her she was throwing the slices angrily into the boxes, cutting them fast and then throwing the boxes over to me and sarcastically said “have a nice day” and thry both started laughing at me as i walked away. When i opened the box i saw that two of the slices had bubbles in them so she purposely gave me bad slices the 2nd time around…very rude and not...
Read moreThis is my first, and will likely be my last, post on Google. However, I need to say this in the hope that someone somewhere will read this and improve (or not waste their time) on the deficiencies that exist at the Pizza Window at the boardwalk outside of Epcot in Orlando. I’m sorry but waiting 35 minutes to be sold two below average pieces of pepperoni pizza for $20 is daylight robbery. I have nothing but good words to say for the workers of the Pizza Window, it’s not their fault, but whoever is letting this sick twisted game of who can stand in line long enough for some doughy, undercooked pizza needs to stop…. this does not jive with the Disney vibe that most of us came here for. Post Epcot, people are hungry, and want food, it needs to be quick and accessible, they will pay whatever the price is, but making folks wait HALF of a full hour or longer is atrocious. I don’t understand why these deficiencies exist, it’s not a hard...
Read moreThe absolute worst pizza I have every, by far. I have had frozen pizza from 7-11 that tastes better than this. Not only was it disgusting...but when I ordered 3 slices for my wife, daughter and I, the guy tried to charge us $25. He made us order a whole pie because he said it's cheaper that way. We each finished about half of our slice and couldn't stomach the rest. I took the almost full box of pie back up to the window and told the man "here, go sell this for $8. a slice". Our Disney trip has been great and you expect things to be expensive. We've happily spent thousands of dollars on our stay...but an experience like this, should have...
