Baskin Robbins is always a treat for me and my family! 🍦 With so many flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone – whether it’s a classic like chocolate chip or a fun seasonal option. The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. I especially love that they let you sample before choosing, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Store closes at 11pm, went in at 9:45pm and asked for ice cream which was clearly available in the display. The server was looking down the entire time and mumbled to herself that ice cream is over when asked if we can get ice cream, clearly it was right there in the display. They just wanted to clean 1.5 hours earlier and go home. We just left without getting anything. Cashier/server needs customer service training or needs to be replaced. Clearly they don’t give flying $hit about customer service....

Pleased and order through doorash today. Five items ; the baskin Robbin’s did not have Sunday available so they went ahead and changed the order for single scoops ; not one order had at least the ice cream flavor we picked, on top of it I called the baskin Robbins and the people at the store could not understand English or Spanish.
