This place doesn't care what happens inside their store. Today I came to this place to buy with my family, and I used the bathroom when I was in the bathroom with the locked door someone knocked on my door and I said that It was busy twice I said it out loud, and suddenly I heard how they forced the lock of the door and opened it was a man who had opened the door knowing that bathroom it was busy, he found me pulling up my pants. I left the bathroom and told my husband what happened, my husband went to the bathroom and told the man that he couldn't be doing that, that he shouldn't open a locked door knowing that there was someone inside. Then my husband went to talk to the girl who works there, but she just ignored what my husband told her. I just hope that they change the lock on the bathroom door to a more secure one, one where no one can easily open like that man did, because only adults do not enter the bathrooms, we should also keep in mind that children use the bathroom. Unacceptable Conditions – Reporting to Corporate

I’m genuinely shocked that this location has been without air conditioning for over a month and a half. It’s clear the owner has no concern for the comfort or well-being of customers or employees. The inside is unbearably hot—impossible to sit in—and to make matters worse, the shaded seating that used to be on side without the sun hitting thru has been moved to sit directly in the sun by the windows. There also aren’t enough chairs available inside.

The conditions are not only uncomfortable but also unsafe. Cold drinks are being served warm because of the extreme heat (over 100 degrees inside), and there’s no ice available because it melts quickly. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a health hazard, especially for the employees who are forced to work in these conditions.

I will be reporting this to corporate. And (better business bureau) No one should be treated like this, and customers deserve much better. Avoid this location until...

Thiz is not the best dunkin' donuts for coffee . Orders are habitually wrong. Do you like your coffee light and sweet? Then ask for extra light and extra sweet. Check your coffee before driving away or leaving the store. Nice sitdown area, clean but this D.D's, does not hve the same menu or specials other D.D 's hve . There is always a long line at the drive thru. This is quite possibly due to translation issues. We don't understand them and they don't understand us - once again, check your order before you drive away. Well now, how about the ice cream?
