Let me begin by saying that I’m middle eastern and this shouldn’t be labeled a “Lebanese cuisine” if you’re not cooking Lebanese style. Today I ordered a 50 dollar order for delivery and they forgot to add shawarma in my mixed grill which wasn’t that big of a deal to me. I called them and they said they were sending it over. Then, I take a bite of the falafel and it was completely stale and old. It literally crumbled. The hummus is also definitely straight out of a can from the Arabic supermarket. Mind you, I grew up eating middle eastern food my whole life so this food isn’t new to me. When I called again, I told the woman I wasn’t looking for her to send another order but for future reference, the food should be fresh. She started yelling and getting defensive. Come to find out, she is the owner. What kind of owner talks to someone so disrespectfully? ONE WITH NO ETHIC. And for someone that spent 50 dollars for two mixed plates, they sent the shawarma back in the smallest container they could’ve. I've eaten at a lot of Lebanese/Turkish restaurants in my time and I have to say that this one takes 1st place amongst them all. Everything I ate was spot on delicious and kept me wanting more. The establishment does not look like much from the outside but let me tell you, there is some serious magic going on in that kitchen. This is one of those hole in the wall places that will always deliver. The staff are the most friendly I've ever encountered. They took care of us from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Always asking if we are okay, if we need anything, how the food is. We dug in to the mix grill platter for dinner. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The rice was to die for, and that garlic sauce, woooooooo. OMFG that garlic sauce is like an addictive drug. I highly recommend giving this place a visit and plan on staying for more that an hour. Yes, the food is that good. And if you get the chance, hit up the fridge and try that lemon mint soda. If there are less than one star I would give ! I ordered through uber eats the order came missing an item and instead they marked on the app that they don’t have it they delivered it to me missing an item . When I called they said that they don’t have this item and by mistake they couldn’t mark it as out of stock . They told me try with uber eats and if you couldn’t get your money call us back the next day ! I called back and they guy who pick up the phone was very disrespectful and he said he has the item and may be the delivery man took it however I called the day before and he said the item is out of stock !
