Came here at the last minute on a date. We had a good time. Good music, very nice server, food was good 😋 This place has a lot of potential. I will be coming back to try more food. Unfortunately I was hungry and forgot to take a photo of my entrée 🥰 it was good enough that our plates were clean of any food. The Honey Garlic wings were good a little spicy, like I like it. Had the Beef ribs with 2 sides, Spinach & Broccoli as 1 side but served separately so good with butter and garlic sliced thinly 😋 . Also the Mac & Cheese. We'd driven by here before and I remembered how I wanted to check this place out. We stopped in front bar a block away and it looked !BLAH! so we decided to go elsewhere. I spotted the sign for Ms. Wanda's down the street and it called to me. After checking the menu on glass and hearing the fun time the folks at the bar were having... we decided to go in. The vibe is nice... great R&B, soul music. Immediately greeted by staff and our waitress was very attentive. Ordered wings w/ honey/ garlic. Delicious. Then ribs (beef only), mac/cheese, spinach and broccoli. ALL good... tasty though it would've been nice to have another couple ribs. However.... I enjoyed my time there. first time going here. I went in for happy hour. Service was horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. We received one item at a time after about 25 minutes. There was a pause each time an item was brought out. I had to ask for a glass of ice water three times before it was finally given to me. We asked for the check, that took about 25 mins to be brought out, then had to wait another 15 minutes to pay. My first and last...
