Subway — Restaurant in Bayonne

Dissapointed. I stopped in here because it was close on my way back home. Usually I watch them make my order but I was too busy on a work phone call so I told them exactly what I wanted. When I got home to eat what I got was one slice salami and one slice of cheese. It's all lettuce and mayo. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me to bring it back and they'll make another one. As this was out of the way I specifically told that I can't and I will be back tomorrow afternoon for lunch. The manager said it was okay. When I went back the next the associate very unhelpful. She implied that I was lying and that she can't give me a new sandwich.

I'm not cheap so paying for a new sandwich was but it was the way they handled the whole situation. Customer service is non-existent.

Won't be coming back to this location unless they fix it and handle it...

I came here the first time to avail my free subway cookies via t mobile tuesdays. The lady who I believe is the owner has issues and was constantly making faces when i asked for cookies. She is rude and doesn't come across friendly time. The 2nd time when i went to avail my free cookies and have a sandwich, before my order was taken, no greetings, all she had to say to me was that we no longer serve free cookies because its a headache, to push me away from taking an order, only realizing later i was also going for a sandwich. She doesn't know how to operate a business and if she is not the owner......

I read a review about a free cookie . I had the same experience. She said she doesn't accept that coupon on her store. The other time when I came to this store she accepted the coupon.
