8/22/25 DONT ORDER - The delivery experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Instead of simply leaving the order at my door as instructed, the delivery person repeatedly rang my doorbell, causing an unnecessary disturbance. When I didn’t immediately answer, he went so far as to make a rude gesture and gave me the finger. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering this was a $40 order with a $6 tip already included. Not only did I pay for the service, but I also extended courtesy with a tip, and in return I was treated with blatant disrespect. Delivery drivers represent the companies they work for, and this kind of conduct reflects poorly on the service as a whole. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and adherence to instructions—not hostility. Lastly The fried rice tasted and smelled as if the meat was spoiled, making it completely inedible. On top of that, the chicken wings were no better, so I had no choice but to throw both items away. In the end, I paid $46 for food I couldn’t even eat—it feels like money was stolen from me.

I was able to talk my Husband into ordering from here. He says that he doesn't like Sushi. But I certainly do! He decided to get the Hibachi bowl. You get different steps on ordering. This makes it extremely easy. He picked lo mein, shrimp and extra shrimp. It's a 3$ extra charge but, they really give you a big portion! He chose baby corn, and 2 more vegetables. For the sauce, I asked if I could have duck sauce. The gentleman was extremely sweet and professional. Now my turn, they have any 3 rolls of Sushi for 9.99. I chose The California Roll. The Sweet Potato Roll. And I had the Vegetable Roll. I tried to see how I like these items before I.start ordering the Rainbow Roll and a few more raw fish rolls. The food is definitely prepared fresh. It takes a little time to get to you. But, it is honestly worth the wait! The best thing happened. I saw my Husband looking over at my container. I prodded him a little and he agreed to try the California Roll. He was extremely impressed because when we ordered again he said " Can you get an extra CR? Incase he wants to pick on it. He ate the whole thing! Next time I will get the Philadelphia Roll and ease him into it. So, Umi Kitchen...

All of it is so poor. I use to come here all the time when they first opened & the service & food WAS great. NOW ha terrible, you order food from there menu & they don’t give you everything. I ordered a hibachi lunching bcuz online you get the lunch plus a drink. The women never gave me a drink when I mentioned it to her she said no look at menu & handed me a menu. In person menu doesn’t say, she told me if I showed her the menu online she’ll give me the drinks if I prove her wrong. I showed her the online menu I ordered from & it clearly states drink included (look at menu on search from google) & she laughed and said well I’m not giving you drinks. Menu is “old & not accurate.” The last two other times I’ve ordered from here they charged me a different price than what their menu’s say.
