I usually would have given this location pretty good scores as I've come here plenty and they've done a generally good job.
Today I was on my way home from my sister's and decided to stop and grab some food. I turned into the plaza and noticed that there were construction vehicles blocking the drive through windows and figured they were closed. I know they've been doing interior construction but stayed open through the drive through but figured they needed to close to do some work to the back of the house.
I went to drive around the building and exit the plaza and ended up stuck behind a terminix vehicle. I'm thinking, ok maybe they're also being pre treated for pests since it looks like they're putting up a new Wendy's sign or something. I go to back out and then notice: it's not that the terminix vehicle is there to work! It's a customer!
The drive through speaker is accessible. But they have 2 employees standing outside in 82° heat and 90% humidity when there are record breaking heat waves ACROSS THE GLOBE handling payments and walking from the window to the cars in line.
#1 this can lead to employees getting heat stroke or exposure. #2 this puts employees in danger of being harmed by a customers vehicle. #3 this keeps employees from having a place to retreat to if necessary from unruly customers.
I was disgusted. I will never go to this Wendy's location again. I can't support this kind of behavior by the owner. I'm posting my review to make others aware of this. Make your own...

TO TELL A CUSTOMER YOU HAVE ALOT OF WORK TO DO AT LEAST THE MANAGER IS GETTING PAID I HAD TO GO BACK TO WEDNESYS WAIT ON A LINE AGAIN AND THET DIFFERENTN GET HUNG UP ON AND NOT BE TREATED RIGHT AND YOU WOULD THINK I HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT GO BACK TO WEDNYS SPEND OVER A HALF HOUR TWO TIMES .AND DEAL WITH A MANAGER THAT DOES NOT SET A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR THE STAFF. However my most recent experience at this Wendy’s topped the last one on how much worse it could’ve been; I Draw the line when there’s hair involved; I ordered a biggie bag and separate items 1 combo bacon double stack w/ lettuce tomatoes one large chilli medium blueberry lemonade; when I got home in approx 5-7 mins settled ready to eat my Meal; I was welcome with an extremely greasy double patty but the cheese had completely melted into the sandwich wrapper; the meal was cold and as I previously established I draw the line when I see Hair.after inspecting my meal There was hair so deeply imbedded into the patty with a strand sticking out from the side, it was gruesome.
