I love Dunkin and was so excited that Baytown would be getting one.This is my second time coming; I didn't leave a review the first time because they recently opened and I wanted to give them another chance, it was just as bad as today but after this morning I don't think I will be coming back to this location. The first time visiting I was more understanding as they had recently opened... I ordered 3 iced coffees and after repeating my order several times the guy had an attitude because when I got to the window they gave me straight black iced coffee with no cream, no sugar and cold foam only. When I corrected the order politely they seemed bothered and after receiving the order again the coffee still taste it like nothing.. black coffee with solid sugar crystals at the bottom of the cup. I left and did not have time to sit there and go back and forth. Today I decided to give them another chance and placed. The same order with just a iced coffee 4 creams, 4 sugars and cold foam. When I get to the window, the lady has an extreme attitude when I'm offering my app to be scanned for my order... Anyone who is an avid coffee drinker can tell by the color if it is going to be right or not and it definitely was not.There was a long line ahead of me and I waited patiently just like everyone else and when I informed them that my order was incorrect... The look and attitude that I got made me feel like I had done something wrong. My advice to management would be that employees be retrained on customer service and instead of just putting anything in the order actually listen to what the customer is asking or requesting. Read moreIv been coming to This location since it opened and service is a literal hit and miss. I stood waiting for my mobile order for 15 mins only to find out it was crinkled in the trash can. No one greeted me no one asked if I needed anything. It took them digging in the trash to see i had an order.
One girl was pulling orders off the mobile orders rack for the drive through complaining about how customers order but dont pick up in time while stuffing her hands in the bags of food/donuts and eating them right in front of me. This location hired a bunch of young girls who literally don't care. I keep going because there is a few who provide great service.
I watched a girl with 5 inch finger nails glide her fingers over each donut rack touching the front donuts. No idea if her hands were washed as she wasn't wearing gloves.
Today I revived my order and I had gotten a DOZEN Donuts with only 10 in the box. This location needs training immediately.
All you have to do is go in and you will hear orders being called out that have already been picked up. They don't pay attention so there remaking countless orders for people who already got their order. Iv never seen...

I’ve been to this location a couple of times already and so far my drinks/orders have been made correctly, however the customer service is terrible. I hate walking in there to pick up a mobile order because half of the workers there are just chit chatting and give me a look. It’s so illogical for there to be so many employees on the clock if half of them are going to be standing around doing nothing.
