An employee tried to STEAL my phone yesterday as I set it on counter to pay and forgot about it. I waited on food for 10 minutes, still didnât think about my phone because I was there with my mom and we were talking. Got home and went to plug in to charge when I realized I didnât have it. I called it from my sonâs and my momâs phone multiple time and no answer. SO, I went by today and talked to a âso-calledâ manager and she was like, I donât think we have had any phones turned in but Iâll look. All employees were silent and there were about 3 people in line to order. ALL of a sudden, my Apple Watch synced to my phone and texts started flying in Quickly. I very loudly said âI know my phone is on here and someone has it and Iâm not leaving until itâs in my hands. If I have to involve the police, I will!â Then several employees looked shocked, another said âOh, snap!â And when I continued...âMy apple watcch just synced to my phone and that would be impossible if it wasnât here. My phone has to be within 50 feet for my watcch to sync with it, sonsomeone better bring my phone to me! I know my phone is here!â All of a sudden, the girl at the register next to the one I was being helped at asked me what the cover looked like. And I told her and she yelled to the âso-called managerâ itâs in the office on the desk. Another employee led me a different way and all of a sudden the âmanagerâ asked my phone number and called my phone and low and behold...it was found on the desk. THEN she proceeds to tell me that have A LOT of them back there so she HAD to make sure it was mine. REALLY???? Cause when I first asked about it, I recall you saying â I donât think anyoneâs found any phones...Please!!!! The young guy cashier or another worker stole it from the counter while I was preoccupied putting my card back in wallet and turning to talk to my mom. We were in there FIFTEEN minutes waiting on our food and they could have said maâam is this your phone on the counter?? Or when I called it 20 times, could have answered. They were all a part of it! ALL in on it. Thank God for my Apple Watch!!! I wonât eat Torin that Taco Bell or any again. VERY poor management and no ethics! Oh and the orders are always wrong!!! 9 our ofn10 times anyway. Someoneâs always bringing back food that was made wrong or they left something out of bag that customer paid for. Corporate needs to get involved!!!! Thieves and...
Read moreI recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. As a long-time customer, Iâve noticed some concerning changes that have negatively impacted my experiences during my last few visits. One thing that has caught my attention is the noticeable increase in prices. What used to be an affordable fast-food option now feels like a splurge. Itâs disheartening to see prices rise without a corresponding improvement in quality. Taco Bell used to be my go-to place for quick, tasty meals, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The food quality has taken a nosedive. The nachos were a soggy mess. Instead of the crispy, cheesy delight I expected, I received a plate of limp chips drowning in a sea of melted cheese. It was unappetizing and far from the classic nachos I remember. To top it off, the beans were dry and clumpyâit felt like they had been sitting out for a while. The crunchy wrap I ordered was also disappointing. It had almost no meatâjust a sad sprinkling of what might have been beef. I understand that fast food isnât gourmet dining, but this was unacceptable. Additionally the long wait time during my visit added to the frustration. Waiting excessively for my order made the overall experience less enjoyable. The combination of higher prices, extended wait times and declining food quality has me reconsidering my loyalty. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their...
