The lady inside looked at me four different times, made eye contact and continued to ignore the fact that I was standing at the front window And did not take my order and then decided to walk out the back door and I stood there for another five minutes and the other person making the coffee inside did not even acknowledge. I officially tried Dutch bros (for the first time) on their opening day and I must say it was an amazing! The service was top tier that coffee 10 outta 10! I’m usually an occasional coffee drinker like Starbucks is a maybe once a month thing but let me tell yall I done went to Dutch Bros three different times last week just to get some coffee! My friend and I went up there yesterday and it was her first time. My friend was looking at the menu off my phone and a lady with purple hair walked up asking to take our order. I asked her if we could have a minute because my friend was still looking. She asked if I wanted to wait until the window to give her more time, and I said yes please.
