Today on 8/5/2025 is the Grand Opening of Bojangles in Baytown. I was so excited that I accidentally placed my breakfast online order at the Spring location. As soon as I walk in into the Baytown location. I was immediately greeted by the manager Tony. I explained to him about the mishap that I placed online at the Spring location. When I showed him my online order on my phone at the Spring location with no hesitation he told me he would honor my order at the new Baytown location. Tony went the extra mile to offer me coffee while I waited for my online order. Breakfast Biscuits sandwiches are a 10/10! The best homemade biscuits for a fast food joint! Baytown Tony thank you for being professional, understanding, and a compassionate individual! Bojangles staff are very welcoming and are ready to serve their famous biscuits to all of Baytown and Mont Belvieu!

We got the 12 tender meal with baked macaroni and dirty rice and 2 chicken sandwich meals. The dirty rice is bland, no flavor. The baked macaroni and cheese is like kfc Mac with some cheese melted on top not really a baked macaroni at all. The coleslaw tastes like the old KFC coleslaw, nothing special and dry. The chicken tenders are seasoned and fried well, they were the best part. The biscuits were light fluffy and tender but I’m not a biscuit person, I’d rather have yeast rolls. Me weren’t told gravy was an option do go the Bo sauce and we didn’t like it, it’s got a very heavy horseradish taste. The half gallon of sweet tea with the meal is a great idea, it’s a complete family meal and drink that way and the tea was delicious but yes very sweet. It’s not something I’d go get frequently. The plates they put in the bag was a cute touch.

Pulled up for breakfast and ordered the #1 combo, pure magic from the very first bite. That chicken biscuit sandwich was a thing of beauty: golden, crispy chicken with the perfect Cajun spice, hugged by a warm, buttery biscuit that practically melted in my mouth. As if that wasn’t enough, I added a side of biscuit and gravy, rich, creamy, peppered perfection poured over a soft, flaky biscuit like a warm blanket on a chilly morning. But the real surprise? Those hash brown circles. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to absolute excellence. They weren’t just a side, they were a statement. Fast, friendly service tied it all together. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care. Bojangles doesn’t just serve breakfast, they elevate it. 5 stars without hesitation.

Went there for the first time for dinner today. I will not be back. I downloaded the app and placed my order online because I was running short on time. I arrived to the store 25 minutes after my order was placed thinking it should be ready or at least close. It wasn’t ready yet so I waited around about 5-10 minutes. In this time I heard a red headed team member drop the f bomb multiple times as if I wasn’t a customer standing 6 feet away from her. That turned me off, but I could overlook it. Then they gave me a big box and told me I was good to go. I was understanding of the extra wait because I ordered a 20 strip family meal plus a sandwich and salad. A few extra minutes was no big deal, but i didn’t appreciation the unprofessional language. I had a feeling the order was going to be messed up just because I counted over 16 employees working, and I couldn’t honestly get an accurate count no matter how many times I tried because they were ALL constantly running all over the place. Once I checked the order I saw they gave me the 20 strip family meal I ordered, and the 2 jugs of unlabeled tea (1 sweet and 1 unsweet, but who knows which is which). And they gave me 1 2oz cup of ranch to go with 20 tenders… what? They also completely forgot to add my grilled chicken salad and crispy sandwich. After I went back in and told a crew member the issues the he was polite enough and said he will get the kitchen to fix the salad and sandwich now, and he grabbed me 2 extra ranches (still not enough for 20 tenders if you ask me) then the same red headed team member that was dropping f bombs started telling him how I need to pay for any additional sauce and he can’t give them to me for free. I then waited about another 15 minutes with my whole family in the car waiting for the salad and sandwich. I finally got them and the salad was not at all what the picture showed online, and they gave me a grilled sandwich instead of crispy, but at this point i was tired of wasting time so i took what they gave me and went on about my merry way. They did give some cookies and deserts and apologized for the wait, to their credit, but I don’t think a free desert makes up for all the mistakes, the amount of my time that was wasted, and the foul mouth and attitude of their employee. Especially considering how many people they had running around the kitchen. Just save your time and go to Popeyes or Chick-fil-a if you want good food or...

I was looking forward to Bojangles opening up. My wife, a friend & myself stopped to pick up lunch. Food was just OK, the chicken strips where rather small, my big toe is bigger then these strips, the mac&cheese was burnth & the dirty rice was more like rice pilaf then dirty rice. Only good thing was the biscuits cause they where definitely good. However, the employees are extremely rude, we got a 16 piece tenders with 3 sides & 1/2 gallon sweet tea... We where handed 3 small cups & was told rudely that they where replacement for the 1/2 gallon sweet tea... Sorry, no matter how you do the math 3 small cups does not make 1/2 gallon. When we asked where was the 1/2 of tea we where told rudely "We gave up cups" we thought the cups where for ice... So far I am rather disappointed with Bojangles cause I was so looking forward to some good chicken. About the food, they only sell tenders & other bojangles sell chicken legs, thighs, wings & breaststroke sadly again they only sell tenders. They spent weeks training the management should have trained the employees how to be respectful to the customers... I will definitely not go back to this location. I guess if you want REAL GOOD BOJANGLES CHICKEN you need to go to Tennessee (There I had the best Bojangles chicken) We spent close to $50 and trust me NOT AT ALL WORTH IT.... Bojangles was gonna be my place to go for chicken however, unfortunately I will have to rethink that cause this Bojangles in my opinion truly sucks... Eat at...

First time here, With only one register getting up to take our order took almost 10 mins and there was only one person in front of us, they ordered shakes so the lady behind the register had to step away and make them( should have another employee do that as it took too much time), then once she made them and gave them to the orderee she walked back and started horsing around with her coworkers all the while the line behind me was piling up and so much that people just started leaving. Getting our food took a solid 20 minutes which I thought was strange as the drive thru was empty and I could see like 10 lbs of chicken sitting in the warmers ( I ordered strips and sides all which shouldn't have taken that long) then once I did finally get my food I was incredibly unimpressed with it. It has bland and boring. Basic white people chicken and sides, not a fleck of pepper or any other spice seen on any of the food. Their "legendary tea"? Yea I've had red diamond that tasted better, that was also just bare minimum. I paid way too much for me to be this unimpressed with the food. Also why the heck don't they have gravy? Or a spicy version of anything?!? this is Texas we like our food to have a kick! Only good thing was the crisp on the chicken and the biscuits were good but definitely needed a slab of butter( also which they do not have) definitely won't be going back. The employees had 0 sense of urgency, and everything was...
