THIS PLACE KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered lunch for an entire office of people - 17 pizzas - to be delivered the following day. The website reloaded as I was trying to place my order, and I failed to check and make sure that the delivery date & time was what I intended it to be. Embarrassingly, the delivery date & time reset to ASAP, and Chris showed up at my office 45 minutes later with 17 pizzas that I didn't need until...the next day. He was incredible. He was apologetic about the website, understanding of the mistake, and in general extremely cool. I called around and found a local school to donate the pizzas to and he even delivered them there for me. ON TOP OF THAT - This Pizza Hut remade all 17 pizzas NO CHARGE for the day that I intended. Every single person I interacted with during this situation was kind, understanding, and even though, technically, I made the error, they made it right. I always place my order the day before due to it being a larger order and both times I called the store direct after placing the order to make sure they will be on time because we schedule meeting at my job with food, meaning they need to eat during a specific time frame. Both times they were 30-45 late and full of excuses like, "all of the drivers called in". Person that answered even said they would have extra drivers to accommodate. They got my order mixed up with another order at my site. I tried NUMEROUS times to call the local office to ask where my order was and NOBODY would answer the call. I finally called and pressed option 1 to get a person for a new order that isn't even on site that cant help me and they cant get thru either to assist me. Read moreI made an order for delivery for my disabled son. The driver called me and I told his mother to meet the delivery guy outside. She said that she looked right at the delivery guy and he left. I called the store and the manager happened to answer. He said his driver was there 7 minutes and it is not safe for his drivers to wait. I don't know what that means, but when I insisted that my $50 order should be redelivered, the manager instead said he would refund my money and hung up on me! I have not seen my refund and have already sent a message to corporate. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut does not believe in phone customer service and the recording says to call the store manager!
