If I could give them zero stars for tonight, I would. The drive-thru line was especially long, as they did not have anyone out under the covers taking orders and we were merging into one lane because it was sprinkling on and off. I went ahead and made my order on the app so, I knew there wouldn't be any confusion of what I had ordered I attempted curbside but it was closed so I hoped in the drivethru for pick up because getting 2 kids out in the rain would have defeated the whole purpose of ordering online. When I got to the monitor to tell them I had a mobile order, they stated they didn't have an order under my name, I attempted to give them my mobile order number and they then responded they could not hand me my order through the door that I would need to park in curbside and i told them curbside was closed online thats why i got in the drivethru line and so then I was told I would need to come in. I asked if they could accommodate my wishes of not getting 2 kids out in the rain and just hand it to me instead and I was immediately told no. Mind you this was a $70 order($16 cow plushes, 3 milkshakes, Mac and cheese, bowl of chicken soup and 1 meal and 2 kids meals) and I then asked if they could cancel my order and allow me to reorder to avoid having to come in. Long pause and then was told I could pull up and get the order from the window...thought it was all good but then I pull up to the window I'm given all of the milkshakes, all drinks the cows and then asked to pull around since it's such a large order, mind you it's just 3 meals and 2 side orders left. I pull around the same gentleman that gave me my drinks and desserts walked the order out to my car on the way home my kids ask for their food, not only is one order chicken strips when the online order was specifically 2 kids nugget meals the nugget meal had mixed in regular and spicy chicken nuggets. So after waiting in line for 10+ minutes, the worker not wanting to accommodate just handing it to me instead of either one of us having to get out in the rain, they messed up not one kid's meals but...
Read moreI frequent this Chick fil A at least three times a week. It was busy when I last walked in and there were three lines waiting to order. There was an employee directing people into the three lines. The person in front of me made a large order and I could see the total after he walked away--over $100. I expected it might take a bit for the cashier to get the drinks together, so I waited patiently at first. The cashier disappeared to the back, and the cashier, the manager, and other employees would come back to the register and grab things from underneath. There was apparently zero communication between them that there was a line standing there waiting to order.
What did it for me was that at no point did the they even acknowledge me or the whole line behind me. Not once did a single employee nor the manager ever say, "I'm sorry, but this is going to take awhile." At one point another customer even acknowledged the fact that we had been standing there when she walked in, and she offered her place in another line so our line could order. While very generous of her, I chose to walk out and give my business to the Whataburger next door.
This was a complete failure of management.
I will never again go into this Chick fil A when they busy, which it normally is when I go in for lunch. I'll take my business to the Whataburger,...
Read moreI hardly go here not because it’s bad but just because I don’t come around often. Normally it’s a good service and good quality food, but today I was served by what I can only define as “a ticked off teenager”. I’m not sure if the kid needed a break or had a rough day but that’s not the kind of service that makes chick fil a stand out. The receipt didn’t have his name it had “Brittney” on it. But the window wasn’t much better, they were gossiping away about some eye doctor, ironically no eye contact was made and I wasn’t sure if I had all my stuff but I took off as they kept gossiping. Fast forwarding to when I opened my buddy and mines food boxes of spicy delux were crushed, sandwich was slapped together, fries were burnt (which wasn’t a big deal), and I ordered chick fil a sauce and got honey mustard sauce. It was ok I like to try new things every now and then but really wanted my sauce. Well that’s my experience today, stay away from the ticked off teenager. Happy new year
