A relative was telling me their horror story of buying from this mess of an establishment. Whenever they are in the area, they get a chicken nuggets kids meal for their kid. This shouldn't be a big deal, yet not once have they gotten this simple order correct.
Typically an incorrect order will consist of getting a cheeseburger instead of the nuggets. The poor kid is disappointed but the order is fixed. The most recent time takes the cake.
They order the same chicken nuggets kids meal and the kid checks the order. He begins crying asking his Mom "Why do people hate me?". The kid got nothing in his meal except a nugget box filled with Mac sauce.
I'm not going to get into details here, but this kid has enough rejection in his life. When people are paid to do a job and either are incapable of, or just don't care enough to get the most basic of orders correct, it can snowball into this kind of situation.
Combine the above situation with the fact that only one of the times I have ever visited this site have they gotten my own personal order incorrect, this 1 star rating is well deserved.
McDonalds, if you are reading this, this location is an excellent example of one reason you are hemorrhaging business.

Examples: I ordered one of their "signature" sandwiches at the drive thru, got home and found their was NO MEAT between the buns, had to drive back. The manager handled it terribly, he brought the kid out and castigated and shamed him which embarrassed me. I didn't want that, I just wanted the meat. It would have been nice if the manager had given me some fresh hot fries for my trouble, since mine were at home getting cold, but nope, he didn't do that. Then another time, drive thru again, I placed my order, paid at one window, at 2nd window I find a large beverage was added to my order that I paid for but didn't order. I'm one of those people that only drinks water when eating out. The manager said, "No refunds" I said it's not a refund, I didn't order a large drink! He said have an iced tea, that was his solution! Also, I have been in long line at drive thur only to find out when It's my time to order, that they don't have the icecream or shake I was waiting in line for. I found out their "icecream" and shake machine was shut down for along time, why, maybe didn't pass state inspection? I get my food and go back to work to eat (I only have an hour) i get to work and discover they charged me and gave me a meal instead which I didnt order. Then the sandwich has no mushrooms.
