I generally enjoy my visits at Bistro, because the food is tasty and I love the salads, but today was not one of those times. I talked about this place so much that I wanted one of my friends to experience it since they love turkey burgers, so I brought her with me. I was not happy with the food from the beginning but did not complain especially since my friend was with me. The fries were slightly over done and already had salt and pepper on them I thought maybe the added seasoning was knew so I didn't say anything. My friend ordered a turkey burger with mushrooms and when it arrived, she cut a corner off her turkey burger to taste it and thought it was pretty good except the mushrooms were missing. Since she was in a wheel chair, I took the burger back to the counter to let them know and this is when the issue really began. I told the young lady behind the counter about the missing mushrooms and the first thing she did was call the cook to ask him if he did or did not put mushrooms on the sandwich. I was automatically offended because she took it for granted that I was not telling the truth. The cook said that he did not remember putting mushrooms on the sandwich and offered to make the sandwich over. The lady stated that the sandwich could not be made over because it was half eaten. I told her that only the corner of the sandwich was cut, not half but she wanted to argue that it was half. I asked if I could just have the mushrooms then she stood there looking at me like I was stupid. So I asked where do we go from here, because I thought she was just going to give me a side of mushrooms, she stated I'm waiting for the sandwich. I gave it to her, they added the mushroom's and gave it back to me folded in the same paper and I stated if the sandwich had been half eaten why did it fit into the same creases as originally served and asked me what I was trying to say because the wrappers were made for double burgers or something to that effect, she had something smart to say and I decided to cut the conversation short because I did not want any type of altercation. Me and my friend left the establishment and will probably not return until I find out if decent people are working there ( I still like the food) not the non-professional people (the...
Read moreFirst time eating here and definitely not the last! Delicious and huge portion sizes! There was literally not one bad thing that we tried. Both stepsons devoured all of their food. My husband and I had such big portions with the salads that we were only able to eat about half before we were full. I can’t wait to try their burgers and grilled cheese, because they looked so good. Also, if you are a fan of French fries, do yourself a favor and get you a side of them! They are seemingly fresh cut and sooooo good! Combine that with the house made ranch dressing and you can’t go wrong!
I had the Apple Almond Chicken salad which has Romaine (I substituted iceberg lettuce), roasted chicken, Granny Smith apples, crumbled bleu cheese, slivered almonds, and apple cider vinaigrette (I got my dressing on the side). I got the meal and had a cup of chicken noodle soup as my side and a can of Bubly sparkling water to drink.
My husband had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad which has mixed greens, roasted chicken, cucumber, tomato, diced egg, bacon, carrots, cheddar cheese, croutons and house made ranch dressing (he had his dressing tossed in his salad). He got the meal and had a Diet Pepsi and Vickie’s sea salt chips as his side.
Stepson #1 had The Bacon Jam Burger which is two smash beef patties, bacon, bacon jam, American cheese and shredded lettuce. He got the meal so it came with a drink and he chose French fries as his side and house made ranch dressing for dipping.
Stepson #2 had The Superburger which is two smashed beef patties, American cheese, pickles, lettuce (he got his without lettuce) and sauce supreme. He also got a meal with fries as his side.

Read moreI've lived just a few minutes from this Hello Bistro for a few years now, and I honestly can't believe it took me until today to finally walk through the doors. What a shame that is, because I’ve truly been missing out on a fantastic dining experience right in my own neighborhood!
From the second I stepped inside, I was impressed. The place is spotless! Seriously, one of the cleanest fast-casual restaurants I've visited lately. It gives you a great feeling about the kitchen before you even order. The staff behind the counter were also incredibly friendly and polite, making the whole ordering process easy and pleasant. Great customer service really elevates a lunch spot!
Now, the main attraction: the food. The entire menu looked fresh, but I had heard other reviews about their burgers, so I had to try one. And let me tell you, it was fantastic. Juicy, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. This isn't your average quick-lunch burger; it's absolutely top-tier. Overall, the food is excellent, and my friend loved their salad. Fresh, crispy, tasty, and prepared to perfection.
If you live nearby and haven't been yet, stop making the same mistake I did. Go grab a burger...
