I've been coming here for almost 2 years but I'm only here, at most, once a month. Sometimes it might be 3 months between visits. Around my third visit I realized the guy behind the counter, Anthony, was recognizing me and would even have my membership info (which he signed me up for on my second visit) pulled up before I got to the register. As someone that has worked hospitality most of my life I know good customer service when I see it, and Anthony has it in spaids. He's always helpful, polite and quick to assist without ever making you feel pressured or crowded by his presence. Read moreI was in there the other day with my daughter. We purchased a small amount of bulk candy ($3 or $4) worth. When we left the mall I noticed a charge for $44 on my card. I called right away, and they asked me to come back. The girl who helped us was amazing. She did everything she could to fix the problem. Even calling her manager multiple times to have her walk her through getting me my money back. She apologized profusely, even though it wasn’t even her fault. Read moreLove the idea. Huge selection of interesting candy-related goodies, from classics to hard to find items. Me and my wife got some premium truffles from the front, a random assortment of about 4 pieces for about $13, and all of them tastes atrocious. We had our fair share of nice truffles (like from the Godiva store in the same mall), but we can barely finish those 4 pieces. One of them tasted like eating soap.
Conclusion? It’s a great store to browse and is awesome for putting together a gift basket, but don’t expect their home-made candy...
