Culver’s — Restaurant in Bear Creek Township

I've been to well over 30 Culver's locations. This is by far the worst. After being out of Culver's territory for almost 2 years, my wife and I were craving it and beyond ecstatic to be back in Culver's country. What a let down. I pulled through the drive through, ordered and then sat and waited for 25 minutes. That's unacceptable. When the food was finally brought out, my sauces were missing and I had to walk back in to get them. While standing at the mostly empty counter, I had to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though I was assertive and kept repeating loudly, "excuse me, I just need sauce". Fast forward about 10 minutes, I arrive back to my wife so we can eat. We're both grinding ear to ear excited. My wife's tenders and fries were fine but boy was she upset y'all switched to coke products after something like 20 years as a Pepsi distributor. And what's with the massive size changes for your drinks? They don't need to be a gallon. Well, my food was abysmal. I ordered a double deluxe with no cheese. I opened my box to find 2 plain patties on a burnt bun with 1 slice of tomato, 1 measly pickle slice and about 25 ounces of mayonnaise. That was it. No lettuce, no onion, too much mayo. Only an idiot could have made that and said it was complete. The receipt matched the order. My side, a large onion ring, came only half full and the onion rings had to have been at least a half hour old if not longer. They were colder than room temp, hard and stale. Needless to say, I am beyond disgusted by this location. After the Culver hiatus, I don't ever want to return. The best FF chain has been ruined. I don't think I saw a single competent or enthusiastic employee at this store....

Sad I feel the need to post this…As a local neighboring small business owner, I reached out to this company to see if they wanted to or able to. Do you have any sort of discount as I was gathering food to feed the local linesman in our area. The manager on duty was very standoffish would not even give me his name as I was just simply trying to introduce myself. Told me they were not interested in any charitable donations. And said there’s absolutely nothing they can do. I hope somebody from a higher up of this franchise actually sees this message. It’s sad during a weather crisis with our entire community is being destroyed that when other small business owners reach out to a franchise in hopes They will help support. The people piecing our community back together to be treated with such disrespect and disregard. … I used to eat here often. But I will never eat here again. And I’m so grateful that other food industries surrounding them stepped up and volunteered to give huge discounts while my wife and I and our four children were driving around to feed these amazing workers all through the night! Culver’s of Petoskey, you can do better! But I’m sure you were glad when these hard-working men turned your power back on

This is the 4th time i have ever ordered from this location and the only time i have received any food. I wish i hadn't driven past McDonald's, Culver's fries are very bland. My chicken was rubbery dry but the oreo shake was decent.

First time: order with family, 4 people. My sandwich is the only thing missing between 3 bags of food. Contact, y'all send a coupon in the mail. I moved and misplaced it or trashed it. Second time: a coworker runs to get it, 3 people to the order. Once again only my sandwich is missing from 2 bags. Y'all mail a coupon again, i give it to a friend tight on cash since it'll expire soon. Third time: friends decide it sounds good, one runs to grab it, 4 people to the order again. For the third time, my chicken sandwich is the only thing not in any bag. I don't bother contacting.

I decided to try it myself one night after listening to a coworker talk about it, like it's mickyDs made by someone's grandma and fantastic. What i received was anything but fantastic, it was pathetic. I've gotten a sopping, dripping wet chicken sandwich from Wendy's before and it was still better quality than what i got from Culver's. I don't want any more coupons, I won't bother...
