KFC — Restaurant in Bear Creek Township

As long as the wait was, I can't complain not 1 bit. Food was great, service was great, the dining area wasn't bad, restrooms weren't bad. This location was a KFC/Tacobell. They were very talented to run 2 in 1. Idk how they did it tbh. That is hence is 1 of the reasons for waiting a bit for our food, plus they were packed. I just don't understand how it managed to still look decent, clean, etc due to all had their hands full. I'd luv to applaud 👏🏼 you all... The manager & the cashier were epic as the 1st faces of both companies, they had a great team in the back also, you could tell cause food was constantly coming out fast, hot & not 1 mess up from nobody while there. My kid works at a tacobell & they don't do as good as this, sorry not sorry. To see y'all under so much pressure from being constantly packed, again, I Applaud 👏🏼 you & your crew! Anyone that goes to this location pls patient & kind, cause they killin it in the best way possibly!...

Food was okay but while I was there for like 30 minutes there was 3-4 different people who went back up to say their food wasn't right. There was this old man who asked for a three piece chicken dinner and only got two, the woman up there kept telling home he ordered a two piece instead of just getting him another piece. There was a large order being placed with what seemed to be a trainee, noone came to help the guy, instead just came to tell him to go on break. Then, we asked to dine in and got our food in a bag, my boyfriend told the guy that it was for here, and the guy said "yeah, but we put it in a bag" and walked away. I'm a line cook and honestly it was almost amusing to see how terrible...

I got there, they confirmed my order, I paid and she handed me my drink. She brought a bag over, looked in it, said you got the chicken strips, mac n cheese and wedges? I said yes, then left. Got back to my room, it was all Taco Bell. I debated just ordering pizza. It was a cold, windy and rainy night. I knew I'd lose a good parking spot. I refused to spend anymore money on dinner, so I went back.

When I returned I was given my correct order, with extra wedges. I lost my parking spot, walked back in the rain, soaked and cold I ate my chicken.
