Stopped there last night after 6 hrs of driving. There were 3 cars in front of me and we waited for almost 15 min to have our order taken. I finally get to give the attendant my order and I had a coupon deal from the app. I pulled up and told the attendant that I had a coupon and gave it to her and ordered 2 sodas. There is no working screen to see what you ordered. So after I give her my order she simply says "2nd window". There was no total given to me or repeat of the food I ordered to assure what I ordered was correct since I gave her a code. I had to ask for my total. I get to the window and it should have been 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries (coupon deal), plus my sodas. Nope. It was chicken nuggets and small fry for one person. I ordered the other meal as there were 2 of us in the car. After trying to explain they were wrong for over 5 minutes or asking them to just void the transaction and re-ring it correctly for what I wanted to eat, we got nowhere. Needless to say after all of this I am not happy at all. We finally asked for our money back and gave them the sodas and food back. It even took forever to get them to do a refund. As of this morning the refund is still not showing on my bank acct as refunded so who knows if I will ever get that refund! For one BK should have functioning screens to assure order is correct. This BK looked neglected all the way around. Secondly I would think attendants should be trained to ask or repeat the order to see if it is correct and certainly offer up a total. Clearly, this BK has some issues not only with the facility but with staff. BKs in many places are suffering or failing. Perhaps the franchise needs to look at the facilities and their staff. Maybe if they offered a better quality all the way around they would not be so far behind the rest of the fast food...
Read moreMy sandwich I ordered was okay but what I have witnessed while there was a discrepancy going on what this customer and manager about their order. The manager proceed to the back of the store was such an attitude and yelled from the back of the store toward the front at the customer, blah blah blah. From what I witnessed just customer has been nothing but quiet and patient and respectful and waited for the order to be correct. Customer receives new bag of corrected order and found that it was still wrong. So another employee steps in to try to fix the problem and add what was missing. The manager at that point ignores the customer and kept on doing other chores. Customer wait quietly again. At this point it was 40 minutes waiting for this one order to be correct so she can leave. The rest of the story got worse involving the police. This is the only store that I've gone to have breakfast at in many occasion and realize that the store had just gotten remodeled but they kept the old broken unsanitized...
Read moreI'm not a frequent burger King goer. Today I just had a craving for some BK. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get to the order speaker. I placed my order: deluxe cheeseburger, small fry, small coke. Upon placing my order, I waited for the playback and there was just silence. Two minutes later I was told to pull up for up for my total.
I've worked in the fast food industry in the past. This place just screams unprofessional. The workers don't greet the customers, nor do they say have a great day or thank anyone for their business.
It also seams as if this BK is one of the very few that hasn't been updated. The store is unclean on the outside as well as the inside.
Maybe the employees need more customer service training, or the managers just don't care. It's not very hard to smile and be nice...
