So I was excited to try this place because I was hearing a lot of good hype about it. There was only one major problem I had with my first experience. The cooks and the sandwiches were wonderfully good and tasty sandwiches Do you wanna read my review?. But the person behind the cash registered was a bit obnoxious and loud and a bit unprofessional . I’m a patient person but he proceeded to want to shake my hand after I took the order ? You handle different money and cards etc all day, I didn’t want to be rude so I shook his hand real quick and then he started making fun of how I do a hand shake ? Saying it needed to be more firm ?. And to top it all off he starts joking about my first name. I found it a little insulting since you’re a stranger and you’re at a job working. Love the place. I came in during their first week and honestly, the grill side was a little shaky. Nothing major, just not quite there yet. Came back today and it was a totally different story. It was busy, but my order was dead-on. Not one thing off.

The customer service is what really stands out though. As soon as I walked in, the cashier greeted me right away with a “Hi, welcome in!”. Just made the place feel warm. A very polite young lady (I think her name is Dana) was handling the toppings and paying attention detail without needing to be asked. And Maria was slicing and still found time to say thanks on my way out.

I am currently at Jersey Mike's for my very first time. I've never felt so welcome in establishment ever in my life than I do to. Day the entire stuff. Has been so kind so well for me. If you're going to eat out for sandwich, please come here. It'll be the experience of your here around 3:30.
