Novrozsky's — Restaurant in Beaumont

I stopped here on Labor Day evening. My party included 7 females. I was passing through and I have eaten here many times before. Our intention was to eat and use this as our last restroom break. Right after we ordered my youngest daughter went to the restroom and the toilets were covered in feces. She reported it to counter and was told someone would to clean it. We saw one employee go in and quickly leave (cleaning supplies are in the restroom). Twenty minutes later my older daughter went in and nothing had been done regarding cleaning the restroom. My wife then reported it again and explained we had 7 females who would need to use the restroom. After this report we witnessed 4 people (one looked like a manager) going in the restroom and leave quickly. Three of these employees were witnessed apparently talking about it behind the counter but nothing appeared to be done. Ten minutes later another of our party went in the women’s restroom and it still was not cleaned. She then reported it again and was told they thought it had been done. As we left I held the men’s restroom for the ladies in my party to use a clean restroom. To add irony to the whole situation, the store proudly had their 90/A health inspection passing score posted on the entrance door (I guess restroom facilities are excluded from health standards.) We went here yesterday and it was really good the food is kind of more old-fashioned tasting like a homemade kind of hamburger. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with peanut butter(scary right lol ☺). I got a patty melt on rye bread and it was really good it might could have used a little bit more condiments like a little more mayonnaise but it was good and we all got French fries. If you don't want just a ton of french fries you might want to get a single order and not a basket like we got but it was a lot of fries I ended up eating half of my sandwich and bringing the rest with a ton of french fries home. I tasted my hubbys sandwich and it was crazy it was ok the peanut butter wasn't to sweet or to salty so it wasn't bad but it's not something I would order again but a fun experience! I went in to order a burger and fries I decided to dine in...the cashier #317 white gentlemen was very nice. I ordered my food went to the restroom and as I was returning from restroom he was standing in the entrance to behind the counter playing with a dog that was brought into the restraunt by another employee he was rubbing the dog even stuck did finger in the dog eye . He returned to the kitchen did not wash hands headed straight to the food picked up a tray of food and handed it out to a customer. At this point the young lady (white female) who originally brought the dog in returned to the store went behind counter washed hands and started working in clothes that was covered in dog hair mind u she was holding this dog and it wasn't a puppy it was a dog.. I will never eat at this place again....
