Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Beaumont

So I just left this RC on Dowlen Rd in Beaumont Tx. I placed my order in the drive thru with one car in front of me an none behind me. When I pulled up the two guys were making sure my order was right. It was 2 box combos 2 extra sauce 1 extra garlic toast. Well they checked it over about 3x while I sat in drive thru. I finally told him to get a manager to help him out. SHE finally came over there. She didn't ask me anything but through the cracked drive thru window that was open about 1/8 of the way opened I was TELLING HER that she should pay more attention to what was going on in her restaurant and come help them out sooner. She just ignored me. She wasn't really doing anything before the incident that I noticed. So I still needed my card scanned, to pay and get my drinks while they figure out the order. So through the cracked windows Asked the cashier could he go ahead and do all of that while I waited even longer. SHE not the cashier scanned my card and took my money. I asked the cashier for my drinks BC I still haven't even got them yet. HE gave them to me and I told him that it wasn't his fault about situation that it was the manager and not to be scared to ask for help faster next time or be intimidated by her BC she's a manager. She told him not to say anything to me. So they finally got it figured out and SHE handed me the order and closed the window back to where is was still cracked. She still never said a word to me UNTIL I said excuse me mame you could at least apologize. She said she would not and wasn't BC of how or what I was saying to her through the cracked window. I wanted her to hear everything I was saying so yeah I had to SPEAK UP so she could hear me. She didnt like that I told her she should help them out faster and SHE must have gotten offended over i or that I was loud through the cracked window.. Im sorry. Maybe SHE should not be a manager period. Thats part of the mangers job is to deal with the good and bad.I asked for her name she refused no one had name tags on SHE said "NO EMPLOYEES have to wear name tags." The irony about that is the cashier's name is on the receipt. Is the cashier the only one accoutable at RCanes BC their name is on the receipt.? Why isnt the mangers? Or at least the manager have one on. I guess She thinks she won't be held accountable if someone complains SHE who is THE NO NAME MANAGER. I told her I was gonna call corporate and do a review and drove off. SHE didn't seemed bothered. BY this time there were literally ten+...

Let me start off by saying the food wasn't bad, it's always been pretty good at this location and the staff are nice. The issue my wife and I have with this place is how small the chicken tenders are mixed with the very high prices. I got a caniac combo, 6 piece chicken strips with a small amount of fries, bread and that awesome cane sauce. It was kind of disappointing the strips were small like barely bigger than a mcnugget, for reference this meal was 17.03 after tax that's a whole lot more money than I would have spent at Dq or Sonic to get their chicken strip meal $10. Thursday at around noon, while waiting to see Tristen's Doctor, we ate at his favorite restaurant in Beaumont, Texas, Raising Cane's at 4160 Dowlen Road, across from Parkdale Mall. I was greeted at the counter, by a very sweet young lady with a beautiful attitude and a smile to match. I immediately felt like I was eating with family. I have dentures and it makes eating anything crunchy or hard almost impossible, the chicken strips were awesome crunchy batter with very tender chicken inside.
