When it's raining outside this tile inside is slippery no matter what kind of shoes you wear. My son was in his non slip workshoes and as we walk out he still slipped and fell to the ground. I will never return to this location and we are looking into a lawsuit thank you for this tile you put in to your location for footage of my son falling onto the ground and us bring in a lawsuit to your company! Hes lost work for the last week because of it. My son did not ask to fall onto the ground there could have been more mats put out for customers this is a liability issue that majority of food establishments just fail to grasp. It's beyond my belief that businesses feel they need slippery tile when it's wet outside for there inside. You should be having that gravel type of tile where win wet there will still be traction and no slipping. Especially in the back of the house for the workers who are hustling their butts off. I'd hate to have an establishment where if it's raining outside anyone walking even in new non slip shoes can still slip on that tile if the bottom of the shoe is wet. All it takes us a split 2nd to slip and fall and suddenly become paralyzed. Or injured just enough from a small slip and fall to where you are unable to work and make an income pay your bills go homeless the...

As a visiting Canadian, Raising Cane's has been on my "to try list" for the longest time after seeing many videos and photos about it on social media.

We stopped by one afternoon, just got a snack, so we could say we tried it. The exterior looks really nice and brand new, but so did the interior. Overall, I was quite impressed with how clean the place looked! The ambience of the place is actually really neat and gives off a restaurant vibe rather than just regular ol'' fast food. We were greeted upon entering and overall, service was very friendly when ordering (and exiting too, as the same employee took our garbage from our table and said bye to us on our way out!)

We opted for two 3 pc combos, which each had 3 pieces of chicken tenders, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast, their secret sauce, and a fountain drink. The chicken tenders were juicy, tender, and piping hot! They were flavorful without being too heavily battered which was nice. Their sauce was tangy and peppery, tasty! Their crinkle fries were good but nothing too special. I was surprised with how delicious their Texas toast was! Soft and buttery. Such a delicious meal and definitely something I could imagine getting often if it was located near me.

I also felt the price was quite...

This place is a great spot to get some good eats and be able to have a good time to catch up with friends. I like that their menu is simple like InNOut and that they have extended hours unlike other fast food restaurants, so I was able to spend a lot more time catching up with my friends and not feel like I had to be rushed to get out of there to make space for other customers. There is plenty of space and even though it got busy, it did not seem overcrowded or claustrophobic. The staff here was awesome and very nice to me and my group. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich combo and at the register I forgot to take my drink cup with me and the staff were quick to find me and give it to me while they were dealing with the dinner rush. It looks to me like this place is kept fully staffed which adds to my customer satisfaction because I've worked short or understaffed shifts during rush hour and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal with my friends that much more because of it. This location is kept super clean and the trash is regularly checked and taken out to prevent overflowing. Definitely...

Our family loves to eat at Cane's but the food at this specific location is not up to par with other Cane's locations. Things like BOB toast or ordering everything "extra-crispy" is just not done right at this location. We didn't realize the difference until we tried other locations. We went to the Hemet location and ordering these things and were blown away with how different it is prepared. Also, the portions at the Hemet location are great! We tested this at other locations, like Redlands/SB, and found the same to be true. I wish they could figure this issue out here. We also had occasional issues where this location forgets items or doesn't get the order correct. It is annoying to get home with food that is incorrect or when you go through the drive-thru and then have to go inside to get the order corrected. Good food/location but definitely could be improved.

Bruh, talk about quality when it comes to chicken. Forget KFC, forget Popeye's, Canes is where is at in my humble opinion. Every time I go and order I get nothing but quality. I have yet to get a mediocre or undercooked chicken strip from them unlike other "famous" chicken restaurants. The menu is simple (kinda like In-n-Out but think chicken.) Their in house iced tea is the best and you can substitute sides for other sides (ex. Sub coleslaw for an extra Texas toast.) The awesome part is the price, cheap for the portions they give you. One suggestion is to sign up for the their rewards program, you get free meals every so often and it's hassle free sign up. I highly recommend going here if your mad craving chicken, trust me.

Ordered a box combo and what I got is a dry chicken with no breading just literal dry chicken. The one who took my order made a mistake of my name too which they keep calling the name (I think it’s because my voice is too low, so I don’t blame her) but no one’s picking it up until the lady said its me. They also serve it on a plate when I said it’s for to go and thats when I think they gave me these on purpose when they change it for a to go box. It’s also the time of the month that’s why I’m not in the mood and I’m really craving for canes. I didn’t came back because I’m too tired, but please don’t serve people like this.
