They are a great team. I can't remember the handful of people who have helped me. I know it all started with Mia 9/20. She was the first manager who was helpful to me, especially with my crazy requests for the Frosty Frights toys. There were two ladies very helpful 9/25, I didn't get their names, but they informed me that the toys were out of stock and to come back in the next few days after the shipment comes in. 10/06 I can not recall who helped me. But they were friendly, the gentleman was nice and told me in their free time I could come in and ask about the Frosty Fright toys. Well, truthfully, I showed up a few days later, and to make my daughter's day, she got 4 new special characters for her Frosty Fright collection!!! 10/13 After my grandma's appointment, we stopped here to eat, and the lady at the register told me I couldn't purchase the toys because they were low in stock, which I understood. We enjoyed ourselves, grabbed our food, and went about our day. We each had a Frosty, and they lady was nice enough to switch out a sealed toy for a different character. 10/18 I visited again, and as you can tell, I am trying to complete my daughter's Frosty Frights collection. She is only missing two special colors. FINGERS CROSSED !! Well, unfortunately, they were sold out of toys and informed me that they would have more, possibly Monday. Read moreOn my more recent visits, their soda machine has been down on more than one occasion. Because of that, they sub their sodas with their new lemonade drinks. That's not a big deal in and of itself. The problem I have with this is the fact that each time they have up-charged me the difference of their lemonade drink from the soda drink when I purchased a combo meal that comes with the soda already. The 4 for 5 meal is $5 and change ($5.xx) after tax. When I was forced to sub in a lemonade drink, there was a $0.70 up-charge because of the lemonade bringing my total to a hair over $7 after tax.
The best part of this? I saw my total of my order change from $5.xx to $7.xx on the drive-thru screen. When I commented on this, the guy who took my order went to "talk to the manager on duty" and they came back to "adjust my order". The manager "adjusted my order" but I still paid my $7.xx and both the manager and staff member failed to give me a receipt of my order.
