McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

got there at 8:30pm. kids went to play place at 8:40. got our food at 8:55. manager named Hailey was our cashier and wasn't friendly getting our order. sat down in play place, got our food out (we are a 8 person family) that's when an employee named Zack came out (was 9pm at this time ) asking us to pack all our food up and go to to the main lobby. I was a little upset because I felt like they could have said something when were walking back to the play place, as there was only 2 other people in there at the time so they all saw us walk in there. so I asked to speak to the manager. I followed him out and told her "we are 8 people it's going to be hard to pack everything back up and go to the main lobby. can we please Finish eating then come out?" she asked the employee "have you cleaned that yet?" he replied "yeah at 9" which is crap because we we're in there at 9!! but she said "you can finish eating but please don't make a mess since it's clean and don't let the kids play anymore " I agreed. when I went back in my husbands and my moms sandwiches where wrong. so I took them up to get them fixed (this was at 9:10) by the time they made new ones it was 9:23. I sat down and started to eat and my husband got up to get napkins. when he went in there the manager was talking to the employee about the conversation he had with me in the play place. she didn't realize my husband was there and said "well she's dumb. she could have just read the sign on the door". calling me dumb being my back?!?!?! I was the better person and ignored it when my husband came back and told me. 2 minutes after I started eating the employee came back in (it's 9:25 at this point) and says "my manager said you have to be out at 9:30" speaking with a very rude tone. I said "I just sat down to eat 2 min ago because I had to wait for our sandwhiches to be fixed" he replied " well that's what she said so you need to be out" so I asked for her to come out. I waited to for ten min and she didn't come out. so we packed up. my family continued to the car, I stopped and asked for the regional managers number (I asked the drive through attendant ) she didn't know so she radioed the manager. who again didn't want to come talk to me and stayed hidden in the office. so the drive through attendant went back. this is after waiting for her to come up for ten minutes. she was back there "getting her" for another 7 minutes. she finally came out and very rudely told me that corporates complaint number was on my cup if I'd just look. will never go there again, which really sucks for my kids cause they love that McDonald's with the play place. will also be calling the daytime manager tomorrow. and if it doesn't get handled properly I will get a hold of the...

The young lady that took our Drive Thru order either had too many energy drinks, or was in a hurry to get off her shift, but after 4 attempts to give her our order, and her getting it wrong each time, we decided to try our luck with the cashier to correct our order. That was a SUPER SIZED NOPE. Worst part? He stared straight at my son when my son asked him to check if the order was right. Cashier young man was in the same kind of mood I guess. We had 3 very hungry young kids, including a 3 yr old, and we didn't want to deal with other "toddler" attitudes. It's why I really, TRULY, avoid McDonald's even if I've not eaten for hours. I'd rather take my meds on an empty stomach than stop there for anything. Why I carry Graham crackers in my backpack. Never again. It had been over 12 years since I'd eaten McD's and it'll be another 12 before I cross their yellow arches again. 2 stars only because they made my grandchild happy with her...

I work 2nd shift and I order curbside and pick up my order on my way to work. I usually order a Big Mac or double hamburgers with no cheese only mustard and onions. 70 to 80% of the time my order is wrong. Within the last 3 months I’ve gotten to work and I discover my Big Mac has no meat. I’ve gotten double hamburgers with cheese and ketchup. I’ve gotten my food double burgers a few times with no meat. I’ve gotten my food every possible way wrong. When you complain they tell you since you order through the app you have to complain through the app. I tried but I didn’t feel like wasting any more time trying to figure out how. Today was the final straw. I ordered double hamburger without cheese only mustard and onions. I get to work and I get bun, 2 pieces of cheese, one patty and a pickle.
